Complete sound range very nice
Just got these the other day to replace an older different brand. I am very particular about my music and I definitely know what sounds good and what doesn't. So I was very skeptical on these as these didn't get high-end reviews as other brands do, but after looking at some of the reviews here and also on YouTube and the comparison between the T12 and the T12 pro I was kind of impressed and I thought well lets give them a try. What's the worst could happen I return them. I decide to go with the T12 as I'm not a big fan of noise reduction. I think it takes away from some of the music quality and ever since I switched over to the memory foam ear cups it's a real night and day difference between those cheap little silicone ones. when I put my earbuds in with those I don't hear anything outside. They feel so good on the ear that you don't need noise cancellation with these and if you look, they're becoming much more popular now, and they don't fall out. I think the pairing went OK as I'm not really familiar with this brand but once paired It's great you just open up the case automatically pairs by itself you don't have to actually take the earbuds out of the case for that to happen and the battery indicator is a really nice feature. I had already downloaded the app so I was ready to go. I was very impressed that this came with an equalizer, my headphones and earbuds. All have some kind of equalizer built into an app. It gives you a little bit more flexibility and control over your frequencies. The first thing I look for was volume , as I do like my music semi loud, I want to see how these would compare with another brand that I have and they do get quite loud depending on the music you're listening to. the one nice feature I like as you can customize the equalizer to your own liking instead of going with the presets And once you do that, you can save that and then in the future if you were happy with that setting, you don't have to open the app anymore earbuds remember your settings on the equalizer so you never have to go back to the app and reset everything every time you wanna listen to music earbuds just remember where you left off on the app. My equalizer is pretty much almost set all the way up on all the frequencies with a couple little dips here and there. I love my bass and I love my trebles but even being set like that, the sound is very good. The bass isn't overpowering, but it's definitely there and the trebles and the mid range very nice and crisp. The battery life is very good. I'm not the type of person that wears these every day but I do like to wear them when I do my yard work and to drown out the noise of the lawnmower, the backpack blower, etc. my old ones did that I have yet to try these as I don't have to mow the lawn yet, but I'm sure thanks to the memory foam cups. There won't be an issue with drowning out the external noise. I have another set of ear buds and they have the noise cancellation feature and I don't like them. The volume is maybe half of what you can get with T12 and it's all because of the noise cancellation feature it suppresses the volume. It might cut out every little sound from the outside, but it also decreases your volume. That's why I wasn't a big fan of getting the T12 Pro plus the fact I don't need a bigger battery like that , these are very compact and 50 hours charging with the case and 12 hours or so playtime more than enough for me. So to sum it up for the time that I have used them so far I do like them I think the quality of sound is superb and I don't want to spend $150 on earbuds as one YouTube reviewer said there's $150 earbuds and there's a $39 earbuds he would've chosen the $39 earbud over the $150 one because you're buying a name and he also mentioned that the T12 actually did sound better. The other thing I had noticed in the frequency, the T12 goes down to 16 Hz as the T12 pro goes down to 20 Hz I thought that was interesting considering the human ear cannot really hear below 20 Hz or above 20,000 Hz but maybe it adds a little bit more bass quality who knows it can't hurt. So if you're looking for a high-quality earbud, I would definitely give these a try. I'm glad I did as one thing I hate doing is trying to find a good pair of earbuds. Sometimes you have to buy five or six pairs in order to find one good one and then return the rest, this one I hit it nail right on the head. But definitely try out the memory foam cups. They are so much more comfortable and they block out so much external noise. between the pairing up of the earbuds and the foam cups yeah one nice set of earbuds. I'm very surprised at manufactures now don't start including the memory foam cups . But I guess it all boils down to the Almighty dollar. If they work good for me down the road I won't be updating this review if they don't work good for me and I'm not happy with them. I will be updating this review.. I was not paid or coerced in anyway or received a free product. This is my honest review as I really believe this is the only way you can get a good review.

Amazing sound profile, ANC, and loudness!!
Let me start off by saying I have owned high-end car audio equipment for twenty years, as well as really good home theater equipment. I have excellent hearing, and know sound quality when I hear it. I have about ten pairs of earbuds and headphones, if not more. I found Tozo by searching for some noise canceling earbuds. I found the NC9s and was super impressed with them. But they didn't get as loud as my other go-to pair I've been using for the last five years. I figured I'd give these a try for $100. Straight away I was impressed, the bass is great, which I prefer, but the mids and highs also came through clear. They have a great all around sound profile, better than my Sony WF-1000xm3s. Those didn't get loud enough for me, just had a softer sound. These are amazing earbuds for thw price. I really like the Tozo app, you can adjust the EQ and ANC in there. The noise canceling is amazing, almost too good for when I'm working. There's a community section where you can get other people's EQs that that made. I choose one and it really made a difference. You can always adjust it to your own personal taste as well. I was so impressed with these I also purchased a pair of their over the ear headphones, that's a whole different review. The touch controls work great, very responsive. The fit and finish is very good. The earbuds themselves feel super premium, and fit in my ears great when I swapped out to the little bigger size silicone tips. The case is nothing special, but it's more than adequate. Another cool thing about these is the wireless charging feature. I have a wireless charger, but don't use it on my phone for battery longevity reasons. But it was nice to have my phone plugged in and these on the wireless charger. They're USB-C of course, which i think everything should be by now. Bottom line, if you like bass, these have a 12mm driver, and good sound quality, these are for you. Great price to performance, great sound for the audiophile out there, and amazing features. From someone who had a car stereo that cost over five figures, and didn't skimp on anything, these are highly recommend!!

Easy to wear earphones that have great sound despite random control and drop connectivity issues
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is an overall review. These are great earphones with amazing sound and easy to wear design. The battery life is great and the customizable features on the downloadable app are useful. My biggest issues are the lack of programability on the touch buttons compared to other Bluetooth earphones I own. For example, i can't choose which of the functions i would prefer for the right a d left ear tap features (like volume, play/pause, noise canceling). These are pretty hard set by TOZO. Also, there isnthe fact that these earphones randomly reset and drop connection and my preprogrammed settings for inexplicable reasons. I don't do anything differently than I have with other TOZO earphones I have owned (this is my fourth pair, by the way), but they randomly drop their Bluetooth connection and reset my user selected settings. If that sort of thing doesn't frustrate you, the lightweight, comfortable wearing nature and quality sound for the price might make these worth it to you.

The TOZO T12 Work Great!! And Are Affordable!!
If you are looking for a good quality set of earbuds that are also affordable, I highly recommend this set of TOZO T12 EarBuds. I should tell you that I am not someone who needs the best earbuds out there. I just want something that works well, has good sound and are dependable. These TOZO T12 Earbuds are just what I was looking for. They are easy to hook up to Bluetooth (I have an iPad that I use these with). I messed up the first time when joining the two earbuds together. However, the instructions for working through it were very, very easy to follow and it worked on the second try. They connected to my iPad with no problems. The sound is clear, raising the volume is easy (just tap the correct earbud). I like that these earbuds start recharging as soon as I place them back in the case. This is my second set of TOZO earbuds and I like this set’s features much more. I like that it is easier to take the earbuds out of the case and they slide back in really easily. I like that there is a lit up number that shows how charged the case is and there are bars that show if each of the earbuds are fully charged or charging. I like the shape of this case as it sits upright on my nightstand and I don’t have to hold it when opening the case. I also really like the price because I think it is a fair price for the quality of these earbuds and their ease of use. I ordered this new pair of TOZO earbuds because I misplaced one of the buds from my previous set. Since an updated version had come out, I decided to try them. I have since found the missing earbud, so now I have a back up pair. Also, this new pair fits a little more securely in my ears. This set comes with multiple pairs of soft fittings that go from small, to medium to large (like 6 different sizes to try). So if you are looking for earbuds that work well, are reliable, sound very clear and are affordable, I definitely recommend the TOZO T12.

Like Budget Airpods - or better!
I'm writing this review about two months of use. TLDR: So far, they've been great! Though a little pricy, you do get a lot of features that even some name-brand earphones don't. The sound quality is very good for the price, and the app is not bad at all. The noise cancelling is also very good - granted that you have a good fit on them. Even with ANC off, they do block out a lot of the noise - granted that you have a good fit on them. They have acceptable battery life as well. If you are looking for a budget earpiece, this wouldn't necessarily be your first choice - I would recommend something else, like the NC9s on the higher end, or something like the A2s on the real budget end. That being said, if you're willing to spend the extra buck, you definitely get a good amount of value. Although the case felt a little flimsy, the buds themselves have a good build. They are a little on the lighter side, but that was not really an issue for me. The battery display is pretty helpful, as it essentially lets me know when it's about time to charge them. Though the box doesn't specifically note it, but I have been able to get the case to charge up very quickly (~25 minutes from 15% to 100% using a "super fast charger." The buds themselves also charge pretty quickly. Although I've not timed it, I'm able to get them back to 100% pretty quickly. Note that the app also gives you fairly accurate readings of the charge on the buds themselves. Also, the wireless charging is pretty nice when you don't have a charging cable available. One of the features I make the most use of is the multi-point. Going from phone to laptop if fairly seamless. However, they wouldn't play both at the same time. Maybe I haven't played enough with getting one ear to play from the laptop / the other from the phone - but that specifically isn't something that I need. The touch features are what one would normally expect from most earbuds in today's market, and it's nice that they can be personalized (to a certain extent) on the app. For sound quality, I don't really have a reference point to offer. I can definitely say the "sound stage" is fairly large - like being in an auditorium of sorts. I am also not the best at equalizing; however, I have been able to get good sound out of them by playing around a little. Out of the box it the bass was pretty punchy, and the highs a little pitchy, but that is definitely something that I could tune. For noise cancelling, these are also my first pair, so I have no reference to compare to. However, it was very good at its job. You could also customize the noise cancelling level on the app. I personally don't use the ANC unless I have to really focus on something very sensitive (like music scoring). I feel that the ANC can feel a bit overwhelming at times, plus it also tends to run the battery down a lot quicker. Once I got a good fit I was able to cancel out a lot of noise with ANC off anyway. Transparency mode is a very sensitive, when I engage transparency mode it feels like a serene waterfall of static. Again, it does its job, but one's voice also sounds pretty robotic. It's definitely not a deal breaker, but just something to note. With battery life, I wouldn't say i get more than 6 hours per bud, but for most of my use, that is more than acceptable. If I really need to draw out life, I just use one bud at a time, which really draws out the time I could have them in my ears. Truth is, there is a lot of technology packed into these buds, which has a price. In my opinion, you get a lot of value out of them. Bottom line; if you can afford them, I believe they're worth it.

Good earbuds
Great sounding set of earbuds and to me the ANC works great I have used them while working on the yard and while doing some home repairs and it significantly cuts the noise level down. I don’t use my earbuds for phone calls so I can’t tell you how the microphone is. I do find them comfortable to wear and have used them a lot since I have purchased them. The battery life is good and the case allows for wireless charging. The top on the case doesn’t stay open well is the only knock I have for them. Overall great set.

Don't buy; plenty of faults that aren't worth the money.
EDIT 04/02/2025: I can't earn people away from these enough. The dust/wax screen on one keeps falling off and now the rubber ring that keeps the 'fit' cone on just came detached and now I can even wear both earbuds. Horrible overpriced, unreliable, poor quality. Shop something cheaper and better quality. EDIT 08/04/2024: Continues to demonstrate that it's not a premium product. The earbuds (specifically the right one) won't reliably shut off and charge when I put it back in the case. I've cleaned everything, but there's no rhyme or reason to it and I get to find out hours after the fact when I'm wondering why my phone or tablet aren't playing through their speakers. Avoid these overpriced earbuds like the plague. EDIT 06/05/2023: connects well to phone and tablet, *horrible* at connecting to either Windows or Fedora Linux laptops; I have to delete the earbuds from the system settings and then reconnect them each time I fire up the laptop. Docking two stars as a result, because I've got other BT earbuds that connect much more reliably so it's not a Bluetooth issue with my laptop, it's these earbuds. I'd definitely recommend different earbuds if you're looking for an all-in-one solution, because these aren't it. I'd return them if they were within the return window, but sadly it's passed already. I've had these for a little less than a month, and I've used them for phone calls, video calls, at the gym listening to music and watching videos, and at home while mowing the lawn. They've been paired with my phone, tablet, and laptop, so I've been able to use them in a variety of settings and use cases. Likes: - I think the form factor is good. They're not too big and don't stick out as much as my Enacfire F1's that I've had for several years now. They look cool and modern yet discreet. - They deliver good sound quality with music and videos, a definite upgrade from my Enacfires. I haven't tested all the different codecs or EQ settings, but I've landed on the LDAC codec and "Original" EQ setting from the app. - The Tozo app is neat, and walks you through customizing the sound to your own personal taste and hearing. Creating a custom 'toneprint' with the app is quick and easy, as is updating firmware for the buds when a new version is available. - Similarly, customizing the earbud controls through the app is a good idea, although not all settings can be changed (i.e., single-tapping the left bud *always* controls ANC on/off, it can't be changed). - It pairs to at least two devices at once (I've ever only tested it with my phone and tablet at the same time), which is a convenient feature to have. - Phone calls are clear, although it doesn't quite seem to have HD-quality sound as if I was using the phone by itself. Dislikes: - Sometimes it seems that the stereo 'spread' is a little more balanced to the left bud when watching videos. It's not much, but just enough to notice sometimes. - I don't dig the squared-off ends of the earbuds that the silicone covers attach to. I think it makes for a slightly unnatural fit in the ear that the covers are supposed to correct for. I'm sure there's a reason that they're not plain circular like most, but I'm not certain it was necessary. - The app needs to clearly state that it works with the Golden X1s at this point, especially if these are supposed to be Tozo's top-of-the-line earbuds. It took me a few minutes to make sure I was downloading the right one, or find it to begin with. There should be a QR code somewhere in the manual that links directly to the app. - Speaking of QR codes, the one on the plastic wrapper around the case that's supposed to take you to product registration was too small for my camera to pick up. Emailing customer service did the trick, but it should've been a bigger code for ease of use. Similarly, there should be a PDF version of the manual available. - The biggest issue for me: the case feels cheap compared to the earbuds. The bottom of the case, that the buds magnetically fit into, feels fine but the top feels too thin and flimsy, like it'll snap off over time. It's a tiny case, too. - Minor annoyances: it's a bit hit-or-miss as to whether it pairs successfully with my Linux-based laptop (Fedora 38), but this is likely a Linux issue rather than laptop, as it works just fine with my Windows 11 build. Also, the notification that tells you it's paired successfully is just a beep/tone rather than a voice that says "connected/disconnected", which I'm used to with the Enacfires. I think a voice is a much more clear indicator than a tone is. I'm happy enough with them to keep them, but if I were to do it over again I'd probably get the Tozo T12's that i got for my wife for her personal use with her laptop and phone; she seems perfectly happy with them and with no complaints about sound quality, so I don't know that all the extra features on the Goldens are worth the cost. If you have to have the best and brightest of a company's offerings, then definitely get the Golden X1s.

TOZO No No
I had been using a pair of SoundCore Space A40 ANC earbuds, recommended by the NY Times Wirecutter column. That was, until two weeks after the 18-month warranty expired recently, when the left bud started squealing and then conked entirely. Worse, SoundCore offers no repair or replacement program, leaving customers high and dry. So I did some research, saw a less expensive pair of buds from Tozo getting good reviews and then saw these, on sale for around $100. Direct hit -- until the little gold screen detached from the left earbud after just seven months on the job (see photo attached). This quality control problem is a shame, because until that premature failure, I thought that these are excellent earbuds, as good as any I've encountered, including high-end products from Devialet and Sony. After I loaded the Tozo earbud app, I took the app's hearing test and then was off to the races -- SUPERB sound on all kinds of music from rock to jazz to blues to classical! No special EQ needed beyond that, though the app gives you plenty of options to choose from. I think I saw a few reviewers here complaining of not enough volume or flat sound. Were they listening to the same earbuds? These have tons of volume. And if their sound is flat to you, I guarantee you need to try a larger pair of the silicone ear tips included for a proper seal -- try one size up. Otherwise, these fit in my ears beautifully, not requiring the constant readjustments the SoundCores needed. Of course, as with any earbuds' silicone ear tips, you need to let them warm up in your ears for a few minutes before you get an optimum seal. The touch controls work very well also. The commands are thoughtfully chosen and, with different functions on the right and left buds, cover every command: play/pause, track forward/back, volume up/down, ANC/pass-through, summon assistant, answer/hang up/ignore phone calls. The microphones seem up to snuff: I was able to dictate to my computer with superior word accuracy. Battery life appears to be decent if not great, requiring a case charge every few days. If you listen to your buds all day, however, these will probably need a charge after two to three hours of use with ANC on. The buds support wireless charging. Last but not least, the buds connect to two devices at the same time, sparing you the nuisance of having to disconnect one device to use the other. So I hope TOZO addresses the durability problem here sooner than later. They are sending me a new pair under warranty, as I update this review, but I have to wonder how soon again before one of the screens pops off... PROS: * Excellent sound on all kinds of music. * App includes hearing test to optimize frequency response. * Many EQ settings provided in app. * More than adequate volume. * Fast and rock-solid connectivity. * Full set of touch commands. * Great fit in ears. * Good ANC and pass-through mode. CONS: * Gold protective screen detached from left earbud after seven months of normal use. * Battery life could be better. * White noise selections included in app repeat at too-short intervals.
