They forget to finish the project
Forget the taste or quality of masala. It’s impossible to store this product. It’s so fine, & absorbs moisture like an industrial absorbent. Problem is this - you create a half decent product & get so proud of of it, you forget it’s only viable in your house/lab/shop. You go on tv & media & blab about how good the taste is- but you do nothing to make it deliverable outside your shop/tapri/house
