I retired from working in commercial kitchens and now spend my days cooking and baking in my home kitchen. Cleaning up after myself is my least favorite part of the day. I bought this primarily to use on my stovetop. After seeing how well it worked there I tried it on the built in flat top WOW from burnt on burger mess to sparkling clean with no scrubbing at all! Now I use it on the hood to remove oil residue from the vents, on the sink to get rid of grime, and it still does a great job on the stovetop. Just spray it on and ignore for 5 minutes or so and wipe it clean. The scent is clean if a little strong, but well worth it to have my kitchen looking sparkling with so little effort.
