I bought these several times and seem to work great.

I've been using probiotics for years and have never felt a difference, just assumed they were doing my body good. I know they're important. Well after a couple of years of women issues, I started this probiotic due to the specific "women friendly" ingredients in it. I have noticed amazing results. I'm 48 and if I go more than a few days without, certain symptoms come back. This probiotic is affordable, made for women, and SO effective that I actually know when I haven't taken for a few days. Never had this experience with any other probiotic. Definitely recommend. Not a fan of subscribing for a product but have to consider for this item since I just order it every month anyway, lol!

Never took probiotics before but decided to try to prevent UTI from recurring. Have only been taking for two weeks so can’t comment on that yet; however noticed very regular in movements since began taking and no side affects whatsoever

These were effective and I would get them again if I decide to go back to a pill. For now, I am experimenting and am trying a powder prebiotic in my smoothies.

I feel like it did help make my BMs a bit more regular and easy, it didn’t help with UTIs or yeast infections which was my primary reason for getting this. I think it maybe helped prevent diarrhea when I was on antibiotics (hard to say because I usually don’t have issues with that), but it didn’t prevent a yeast infection which I often get from antibiotics. It has not helped prevent UTIs or help relieve symptoms like some comments said. I have a big issue with UTIs and this just wasn’t enough for me but maybe will be better for someone with a milder issue.

I've been using this product for 6 months and I think it is a great product - with a lot of good stuff all packed into one pill. I did my research and I liked this best bcs it has the pre/pro-biotic, sunfiber, cranberry extract, and D-mannose. I have suffered with chronic UTIs in the past and I really needed something to prevent them. Cranberry juice was not enough and with just cranberry supplements I'd have to take 2 of those a day + a probio, + D-mannose. For me it has been a game-changer, as I have not had one since using this product !! I will not go without getting refills !!

I chose this because it's both a prebiotic and probiotic with great reviews. I waited a few weeks to try it out before posting a review. I bought it to help with a ph difficulty which it appears to be helping with. I was being put on antibiotics every other month so it was suggested I try a probiotic, but as you may know most are for gut flora. It was nice to find one that will help with many issues. I had some gas in the beginning but I'm noticing a nice balance now with less bloating. I'd definitely recommend this product to others. Thanks for a great product.

Seems good, I'm only taking one a day , can also take two. I have bowel and bladder issues. This supplement supports both. So far seems pretty good. I'm a senior
