The features and build quality seem to be just as good as similar products that are priced much higher. I installed this on a 2012 F150 3.5L Ecoboost. The directions were very clear and easily understandable. Everything fit well and the hoses connected easily to the engine. I mounted the can to the battery box drilling one 1/4" hole and using the j-nuts provided. I had to grind a little bit off the edge of one j-nut to give clearance to the side of the battery box. When mounted the entire assembly is very secure with no flexing to the mounting bracket. I've only put on about 100 miles since the installation and as I live in a very dry climate, I will have to wait through the winter months to check on how well it is collecting any bowby.

Well packaged and so far works well. The only issue I had are the hoses are too long for my 3.5 eco boost. had to cut both hoses and use the original connectors will need to put hose clamps to do that. Easy to install, good quality

I’ve had this catch can installed on my 2020 F-150 2.7L Ecoboost for the last 10,000 miles. It seems to be working great. The installation is a little tough and routing the lines can be a little tricky but I got it figured out pretty good. One of the lines was close to the coolant block and due to the heat, it seems to have started to crack in the protective outer layer. No leaks yet, and honestly you would expect that from any mid-grade hose. My truck only has 40,000 miles, so I’m not experiencing much blow by, but after doing my last oil-change, I was surprised to see how much oil and fuel this product was able to save my engine from sucking down. Definitely recommend this if you are concerned about the longevity of your vehicle and for the price, I don’t think you can beat it.

Way cheaper kit than the other brands BUT Hoses soo think I snapped the plastic elbow that goes into the can, had to jb weld and hope for the best. Seems to be working. UPDATE: Jb weld didn’t work so I requested a return/ replacement one and it came next day, and this time with metal fittings not plastic. NOW it’s a 5 star affordable product.

Decent catch can for the price but horrible instructions. You would think that they would give you a QR code to an instructional video on YouTube or similar. This is 2025 not 1995. The pics on the instructions only show one of the hoses connected to the engine. Leaving the average person guessing where you think it should go. I had to look up several videos of other manufacturers catch cans to find one similar and installed on a 2020 2.7 F150. I also had to use my angle grinder to shave down the retainer clips that go on the battery box, for the catch can bracket. Otherwise, the retainer clips would not have worked. Getting the hose ends to thread onto the can, wasn’t that easy. One side took forever to get the threads started while swinging two ft of hose around and around. I choose to use a better quality teflon tape. Been a week so far and haven’t collected anything in the can yet. UPDATE Took a long road trip for the holiday, from Fl to NC and back. Checked the catch can and it was about 1/4 full. Had some light white film mixed with what smells like burnt oil. That made me feel a little better about the purchase.

This is a good quality catch can for the Ecoboost motor. I have catch cans on all three of my Fords and paid 2.5 times as much as this one. I was a little nervous about purchasing because of the price but was very impressed when I opened the box and saw the quality. Absolutely a very good buy and easy install.

I'm not a fan of the plastic fittings in and out of the catch can - I also think an in and out on the either the hose or housing would be good. Checked mine after a couple thousand KM's and was impressed to see what it had captured. 2015 F150 3.5 Ecoboost
