We have bought backpacks from this brand before and continue to do so because I think it’s great quality and a great product but this one didn’t live up to our expectations. The hook loop broke on the second day of use. Okay fine, we can live with it. Now, less than two months of use the stitching for the handle has come undone. I’m thinking we just got a bad one but there doesn’t seem to be a way to contact the company to get a replacement. Update: The seller contacted me and offered a replacement or a full refund. I really appreciate the quick response and the resolution.

I really like this backpack set. It's big for my tiny 6.5 year old but she's entering grade 2 and needs this size. The lunch box is such good quality and large in size. It fits the Bentgo lunch boxes well with room leftover.
