This is the 3rd time I'm purchasing this product. I am a very anxious flyer and would hyperventilate during takeoff. When I first bought this, I tested it out first to see if it will have a negative effect on me or if it's just placebo and I have noticed that I felt more confident and less anxious. It worked wonders during my subsequent flights and I didn't feel scared during turbulence. I had a friend test it out and he reported that it had great effect on him as well. DON'T GET THIS IF YOU NEED HELP IN SLEEPING DURING THE FLIGHT. This is not made for that. It's to reduce anxiety and fear of flying. Take other supplements meant for relaxation instead. I like ashwagandha tablets to help me fall asleep.

It works for me. I have flight anxiety that starts months before my flight. I want to knock out during the flight so that I don’t have to feel anything! This patch doesn’t do that. What it does is relax you. I use it along with meditation and deep breathing and it helps me out a lot. I travel with my children so I don’t want to be out of it, I just want to take the edge off.

I purchased this for my trip to Europe, specifically to sleep on the plane. Well, it did not work for me. On the contrary, I was restless and up the entire flight. I felt anxious; it was awful. This product is to produce relaxation, stress free feelings, for me it was the opposite. ☹️ I fly frequently, but sleeping on the plane has always been hard; thus the purchase of this miracle patch. Big mistake. It is easy to put on and wear. But, this product is a No for me.

Used these on flights longer than 6 hours. I placed them on my wrist right as I settled into my seat. It was super easy to apply and because they were clear, no one could tell I had a patch on. Within 20 minutes, I started feeling calm. I would’ve fallen asleep shortly after if I wasn’t forcing myself to stay awake for dinner service. That’s telling of the small patch’s strength. I didn’t encounter any side effects. There was no scent or smell associated with the patch. I highly recommend these patches for any upcoming flights.

These really came in handy during a stressful time. They work very well. There is a little bit of tacky residue when you remove them but it comes off easily.

I purchased these patches, genuinely curious to see if it works. I've used it several times now. I can honestly say that it is not consistent. I did not feel a difference at all. I feel like taking melatonin was much more effective. I had no side effects, there is no smell, and I had no allergic reaction to the actual patch. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would purchase this again.

I tried these a couple of days before my flight to see about how long it takes for these to work. The packaging says to put the patch on a half an hour before your flight but I would say 1 hour before. They took a while for me to notice that they were working. I could not find anywhere on packaging or reviews regarding how long they work for. My flight was only 3 hours so I wasn’t too concerned about putting the patch on too soon but not sure if you are flying all day how long you have with one patch. I have to admit that these made me pretty tired but that is not unusual for me. I used to take Bonine and really could only take 1/4 of a tablet or I could not keep my eyes open. I would say Bonine would almost make me groggy but patch pretty much made me so relaxed. Some reviews stated that their patch did not stay on or that there was residue of glue left on their arm. I did not have an issue with either of those concerns. I put it on the inside of my forearm and had long sleeves on. Stuck great with no residue when I took it off. Definitely using a Calm patch on my flight home.
