Lovely light shade. Very sturdy and well made. Looks great in my room adds a bit of bling to my ceiling, matches my other ornamental choices well.

When I collected this from my ‘safe place’, it was immediately apparent that the box had been bashed about. The delivery driver (not Amazon), took care to place the box, damage side down so that it wasn’t immediately noticeable On opening, I noticed that one crystal had been displaced (easy fix), and another had broken at the anchor point I contacted Amazon, who immediately contacted the seller. I was very clear that I didn’t want a refund but that a replacement crystal would solve the issue. A new crystal was agreed but, imagine both my surprise and delight when a whole new shade was delivered, and in perfect condition. Everyone makes mistakes but how you deal with it is what matters. I won’t be sending the faulty one to landfill though. A dab of superglue should fix it and I’m sure my neighbour will love it The size and weight are very good and I was also able to purchase this at a reduced price. However, even if I’d paid full price, I would still be very happy. Much better value than other very similar items I plan to use this in my bedroom, once decorated and I’m certain it will add a touch of luxury. I love it!! I give this 5 stars as, although the original was VERY slightly damaged, the seller was excellent in resolving the matter. No hesitation in recommending UPDATE: upon offering this to my neighbour (explaining the damage and stating that a dab of superglue would probably fix it), her daughter immediately grabbed it, claiming it would look great in her bedroom!! As I’m in my 50’s and my neighbours daughter is in her teens, I think it shows that this beautiful shade appeals to all age ranges

These lampshade are gorgeous at first I ordered two one ceiling and one for my standing lamp .I loved them so much .I ordered 3 more for my passages an d bedroom they look really expensive and give beautiful light .everyone has admired them and even bought some .definitely a good purchase

Lovely item. Just one of the crystals had fallen out in delivery and was a bit tricky to put back on. Otherwise looks nice. I ordered two. I think I think it looks nice with smaller light bulb that I got from ASDA rather than the average sized one which sticks out from the bottom of the light shade a little.

This came earlier than expected which was a bonus , no assemby the acrylic crystals shine the light , it looks really good up , we highly recommend it .
