Great Product - check the weight you can handle
If you want to develop your forearms, wrists, deltoids, lats and triceps. This is a very good piece of equipment. However one caution. I have been lifting 25Kg dumbells and bought this 14kg Mudgar thinking I can rotate this at ease...but..but..but I could not.My advice:go with <= 10Kg weight if you are in the same (20-30 Kg) dumbell exercise league as the weight distribution is not symmetric like dumbells and more towards the base. You may find it extremely difficult to workout with ease.

Great Product , Good finish, ,craved well no sharp edges or wood strand , perfect thickness of handle for gripping ,No Cracks or wax fills in any cracks. Measure on 3kg product on digital scale had (approx 3.050grms)Also good packaging by sellet to prevent any damage.Recommeded buy for fitness

Writing this review after 2 months of usage. The product is nice and works well for me. I’m using this on daily basis.
