Great
Very bright vivid colours. Used to dye a body balm, so very versatile. Good value for money and quality.

So so
I’m a home baker so I’m always on the look out for different oil food colourings in comparison to the most well known one which I use all the time. These colours are nice, however you need alot to get it saturated… they also started to split my buttercream abit like gel colours can do if it’s too warm. After chilling they did come back together however they changed the consistency of my buttercream (I used alongside the more famous brand and the textures were different)However my biggest complaint is, I’m pretty sure the red used it red 40 which is banned in the uk. It’s extremely bright and not like anything we can get over here (I’ve used americolour for home cakes so I know the vividness it creates) - this isn’t great for uk bakers… whilst you may use it for personal projects, you cannot use red 40 in baking for customers.

An ingenious way to give li
The media could not be loaded. These are food pigments that give cakes a special value and a lot of personality. They have a vivid and beautiful color, but it is more difficult to mix by hand and in very cold creams, leaving undissolved particles, visible to the eye. But insisting for a few minutes with a mixer and not in a very cold composition, I managed to even out the color. This is happening because they are oil based, it's a normal process. I really like to make sweet surprises for my loved ones, and this range of colors is all I could wish for to give a special character to each individual cake. They are not very concentrated, with large quantities of decoration creams, you will need enough drops, otherwise the colors will not be so vivid, but considering that for this price you get 10 colors, this set is worth the money.

Perfect for cakes and and fondant.
I absolutely love this Oil Based Food Colouring set. It’s perfect for Chocolate and has 10 Vivid colours of Food Colouring for Candy Melts, Baking, Cake Decorating and Fondant. These can be used for most food options as they are Fat Soluble. Very easy to use and a little goes along way. I highly recommend. 10/10 from me.

Chocolate food colourings
I used these when making white chocolate truffles. I added a few drops of colouring to the chocolate mould and swirled it with the melted chocolate.I wanted a subtle affect and the white chocolate took the colour well without affecting the taste. I don’t know if the colours would build up for a more intense shade, but I’m happy with how it turned out.

Versatile colours and a lot of fun to use
There are some nice colours in this set of ten. Going clockwise round and ending with the middle cake: Yellow, Green, Blue, Pink, Brown Cyan, Violet, Black, Red and Purple.I used butter icing as the base. The only colour I wasn’t quite so happy with was black. I put quite a bit of the colour in but still only achieved grey. You can obviously use more or less colour depending on what you want or even mix the primary colours to make other colours. The tops on the bottles were hard to get off but others may be tougher than me! You could have a lot of fun with these colours and children would love experimenting with them. Overall, a good buy.
