This attachment gives 2 grip lengths and provides a good alternative to traditional tricep ropes. Because the metal ring is stationary it doesn’t encourage you to balance the force across both sides of your body which is a drawback. I do like that it offers 2 different grip lengths allowing for some variety when being used.
