Q: Does the lids actually leak proof?

I haven’t had any problems with mine. I put my water bottle(with the straw lid)in my backpack to take hiking. The top does not leak and i get so many compliments on it :) buy ittt

Q: How long does it stay cold?

Incredible cold insulation effect! Before going out I froze about 3 inches of water in the bottom. After 5+ hours in 110 degree heat and after drinking all the water and replenishing the water twice there was still ice in the bottom. Once home I left the bottle on the counter for a couple days and guess what, there was still ice in it. Really awesome and will order another one.
