Tried this energy shot before a run, and I loved it! I'm currently training for a marathon and have been searching for something light that provides both energy and electrolytes. This shot hit the mark—it tasted great, had a smooth texture, and was easy to drink. Best of all, it didn’t upset my stomach. It gave me the perfect boost to power through my run. Definitely adding this to my training routine!

The strawberry-flavored Free Flow is AMAZING! Not only does it taste like freshly picked strawberries with the perfect balance of sweetness, but it also gives me an incredible energy boost. I feel more focused and ready to tackle my day after just one sip. It’s like a refreshing, fruity fuel for both my mind and body & I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to feel revitalized and energized.

I was honestly very disappointed. The taste is not good at all and I wouldn't consider these healthy, especially compared to other options like Magic Mind shots, which taste much better and feel more beneficial.Additionally, I found the business practices behind this brand to be concerning. The owner has been unprofessional and inappropriate, asking women on nights out and at gyms for their numbers or to work for him. This kind of behavior is incredibly sketchy and makes me question the integrity of the company as a whole.I would not recommend this product to anyone, and I certainly won't be buying from this brand again.

I am on the hunt for an economical replacement to 5 hour energy. To its credit, this product is the first that I can can day feels rather close to the boost of 5 hour, but at a better value. But wow, that taste- ugh. I was expecting either orange like natural orange flavor, or artificial orange like you might taste in a soda. This doesn't taste overly sweet... but it does taste kind of medicinal. This is something you'd likely need to knock back quick just to get the effect.

I found this product after trying to find healthier alternatives to five hour energy and red bulls. The orange flavor is really nice, doesn't taste fake and the caffeine doesn't give you crazy jitters like the other stuff. It's also easy to throw in my bag or take half at a time. Will be purchasing again!

Package arrived promptly. The flavor was okay, but the product gave me a headache each time I used it as well as I noticed no increase in energy boost. Not what I hoped for … I guess I go back to what I know and pay for the brand I should have trusted

I found this to be a faster acting and convient way to get my energy boost in without having to make a full cup of coffee. It taste really good too and did not make my stomach upset. Will order again! Thanks Freeflow!

It’s ok, not the best. Flavor was surprising because it does taste like a smoothie with the texture. Worth the shot.
