HH-02 Wired Headphones - Noise-Isolating & Waterproof Audio Experience

music makes EVERYTHING better. i swim laps for 60 to 90 minutes in a pool and this can be quite monotonous. music has helped me pass the time seamlessly and enjoy swimming all the more. until now, i have always needed to stop every 1 to 2 laps to adjust head phones which is quite tedious and disruptive to my rhythm. i have tried easily 10 other pairs prior to these (and spent lots of $) and i am ecstatic to find a pair of underwater phones i do not have to adjust.the phones do not fit 100% perfectly, and this is not surround-sound quality. none of these are realistic hopes; i need to be able to hear music enough that i am inspired and can jam while swimming and don't have to stop every 3 minutes to re-adjust position. these perfectly fulfill the purpose.i have only used the phones for about 5 times (so easily 5 hours); there is no decrease in sound quality thus far. time will tell how long they last. in the meantime i shall purchase at least 2 more pair for back up and travel.this is the BEST purchase i have made of any type in a very long time. this is a change in life quality/enjoyment and i could not be happier.thanks hydroharmony!

I use this type of headphone (goes around the back of head and not on top of head) for my walks. I had a similar set before that finally quit. The sound quality on this one is not good. The headphone fits well and I love that there's not a long cord from the headset to my shuffle but once again the quality is less than desirable.

I purchased these earphones for lap swimming and to replace a pair that wore out (wire broke). Unfortunately, this product is a dud. Although I have experimented with all the ear pieces provided, water leaks in between my ears and speakers almost instantly, killing all sound or, at least, reducing it to a low rumble. The problem seems to be the lack of positive pressure exerted by the neck band. The plastic is so weak that the band cannot hold the ear pieces securely against the opening to the ear canal. As such, the motion of swimming allows water to enter where it doesn't belong. These may work OK for sitting on a beach and occasionally getting splashed but for listening to music while swimming, not at all.

As for lap swimming without big turns, theses are fantastic; they stay in my ears and the quality of sound is good. Other underwater earphones (from Underwater Audio) are twice as expensive, have lots of different ear attachments, but fall out of my ears every lap or so (perhaps if I were to wear a swimming cap, those would work). I have purchased two in the past and just bought another as a spare (I am now using the aspare. Here is the problem: while they look like they should last, one or the other earphones have stopped working for unknown reasons after 3 or so months of use 4 times a week. It is very disappointing for such a good product to have such a short life span.

These are the best water-proof headphones I have ever used. They are snug on the head, so intense swimming doesn't so much as impact their position on my head. The ear-pieces allow for a perfect fit in the ears so no water seeps into my ears. I use it with an iPod Shuffle and the length of the cord id perfect. I seldom write a review of anything I buy via Amazon, but these headphones are too good not to share the news.

Bulky, but worked great even for flip turns for about a month. I moved and did not go swimming for a couple of months and then when to try them again and only 1 ear works. This is no better than other brands that I have tried that are much more comfortable, but only could get one earpiece to work at a time. I tried to figure out a way to return them or contact the selling company for a replacement, but have not been able to find anywhere on the amazon website to do this. They are basically trash and a waste of $30 at this point. I would say they are great for water use, but unfortunately not for regular swimming.

I really wanted to like these headphones and for about six months, I did. But now, after about a half-year of using these, I just can't recommend it for constant swimmer's usage. I swim about three times a week, and the current sound out of these are garbled and not near the same fidelity as straight out of the box. Royal Blue Underwater Audio Waterproof iPod Shuffle from the beginning, and I wouldn't have had to spend the money looking for CHEAP (in all definitions of the word) knockoffs.UPDATE: April 25, 2017- I just got through an email conversation with Underwater Audio's customer service. After reading my review, they got in touch with me, and said they wanted me to be a satisfied customer. I was asked to leave my mailing address and they would send a new pair through the mail. That is GREAT customer service! Thank you, Underwater Audio (Scott and Christian). Raised the two-stars to three-stars, as we shall see how long the new pair lasts. Thank you again.

The product worked great for a few months and then it stopped working.This is our second pair.The fit was great which is hard to find with waterproof gear.Can I send back for a new pair?At this price it should last.

They seem good quality. However can be a little uncomfortable at times.

Pretty comfortable, sound quality is nice. Positing of headphones has to be right and wire must be snug or one ear might cut off some sound.

Definitely do not buy this product. Only lasted two weeks before the left earbud stopped working. Wasn't even using them outside in extreme weather. No rain or anything. Didn't drop them or bang them around a bunch. Just sucks

I thought these were great to start with, a comfortable fit and not bad sound quality considering the price and that they worked underwater. Used them for to help ease the early morning lengths.. but after only a few uses, one headphone became muffled and then stopped working altogether. I will have to return these unfortunately.
