I purchased this unit about 6 months ago, and truly could not be happier. The price was very fair, shipping was quick, and installation was a breeze. 5 minutes or less, and it was up and running. The main larger unit is like a waterfall. Gentle enough so it's not pounding your head with water, but enough pressure to get your body and hair clean. The sprayer unit has multiple settings to choose from, located right on the handle. Switching from the main sprayer to the handheld is as simple as turning a knob. We are a family of 4, so this product gets used A LOT. We have experienced no issues, no leaks, no pressure problems, no blockages. It's been perfect. The only problem I had was the possibility of leaving it behind. My family is moving, and the piece that holds the base for the handheld sprayer sticks by an adhesive plate to the tile wall. I couldn't remove it without damaging the integrity of the wall plate (not the shower, but to the metal holder). And if I did manage to remove it in tact, it would never stick again. I contacted the manufacturer via email explaining my situation, and requested just a new adhesive plate. I received a response very quickly (in just a few hours) stating that they are unable to send a replacement part of my unit, but instead would send out an entirely new setup at no cost! Even the shipping was free, and fast. The product came with a 2 year guarantee, and they honored it with ease. I sent my screenshot proof of purchase, and they asked if I could send a photo of the unit, batch number, and a picture of the tile wall (which they said was totally optional, but it was no trouble at all to do). I am really glad that with the many companies out there, this is the one I purchased from. The unit itself is of great quality, exceeding all of my expectations. The customer service is honestly top-notch. They were so understanding of my situation, and stand by both their products and their customers. I absolutely plan to shop from this company for any future purchases, and would very highly recommend them to anyone.

This black rain shower head with handheld attachment completely upgraded my shower. The large shower head is fantastic, the water feels so much smoother and gentle on the skin. The smaller head is great too, not quite as soft but has a super powerful jet mode (literally can knock over giant shampoo bottles and cleans stuff very well). Overall great kit, packaging was very good too, kept it perfect condition upon arrival. No leaks so far, used the teflon tape that was included, definitely recommend doing so (doesnt take much). Super easy installation since they provide a small wrench to tighten parts. Works great! Very happy

The pressure is a little too hard. Even when the water flow is low it still has high pressure. Apart from that, everything is great. The installation is super easy and the quality feels fine. I love the fact that it shuts the water off completely with the lever.

These are very aesthetically pleasing, great quality and gray for the value. There isn’t any leaking and the pressure is nice. I like that you can switch between the regular shower head and the handheld. Very impressed with this product and it looks so nice in our shower!

I like the flow, and how much area the 10in showers head supplies. It is easy to switch between the heads, I have not figured out if you can use both heads simultaneously yet. The showered head is very adjustable, horizontal and vertical positioning allowed. As well as angling the shower head. Makes washing my hair and cleaning the shower much easier. The black color I felt Elevated the aesthetic of my white tile shower. Lastly no water deposits noted. I think for the price it is worth it. I wouldn’t say premium but definitely good quality.

This shower head is awesome! Great water pressure, the handle is perfect and can be used at the same time as the shower hear or separately. Has great quality, easy to install. Would definitely recommend. Also, customer service is wonderful if you need anything! Great value!

The best shower head I’ve ever purchased! The size is amazing and literally feels like you’re at a spa. It looks high end & works so greatly. I wouldn’t recommend any other shower head besides this one! The handle is also really great esp for babies. 100% BUY THIS!!
