The only protein powder I like. Has good taste.

This Brand of Protien I've loved for a while now. It never clumps when you mix it (unless you are adding an absurd amount of water), it helps with digestion so no bloating and similar issues, and taste-wise its pretty good. Add some milk as water subsitute if the taste is not up to your liking other then that the peanut butter flavor is their best flavor if you dont like the taste to this one.

I bought this by mistake while looking for a lower cholesterol supplement. Even though it is significantly lower than what I had used for years (BSN SYNTHA-6), it is still high enough that three scoops puts you close to your daily cholesterol limit. But that is not half as bad as the taste and odd "gelling" after mixing. I got the chocolate cake flavor, and the taste is vaguely like a chocolate cake in the same way a Hostess Twinkie is like one. The taste is extremely artificial. Not you bad that your face krinkles in disgust, but definitely on the end of the spectrum. The scary bit is that after blending, it gets really think. So think it is reluctant to pour. Put the remains in the refrigerator for a protein fix, and it is undrinkable. The texture changes in a way that seems unnatural. For people who hit the gym and need an all-day protein source, this is NOT what you want.

I got the chocolate cake flavor and it's quite delicious and doesn't taste chalky like protein powders sometimes can. I gave this 4 stars because mine didn't come with a scoop and I checked all through the powder, it's not in there. I had a scoop from a different brand but I'm not sure if the scoops are standard and so I'm not sure how much powder (and protein) I'm actually getting.

I really really love the Peanut Butter Cookie protein shake so I thought I would try the chocolate cake because well, I love chocolate cake and I was not disappointed. It literally tastes like Duncan Hines chocolate cake batter. It’s realllllly good! The only drawback I had was the after taste very strong and much stronger then the Peanut Butter Cookie, but to me that’s a small price to pay for something that’s going to satisfy me and have better health benefits in the long run.
