Works exactly as planned. It is compact and easy to install. As other reviewers have mentioned the solar panel MUST be in direct sunlight to work at the best speed. It is powerful for its size. For my greenhouse I wanted something that would move air and this does the trick. If you are looking for something that has a battery backup then this is NOT the right device for you. If you are in a sunny area and need to cool off a space or keep circulation of the air during the day then this is the soar fan for you. Great value for the price.

I returned this product it barely pushes air. It has to be baking in the sun in order to work. Dappled light any point it will not work and it does not have a battery for storage. Not worth the money at all!

These fans only go when the sun is directly hitting the solar panel. I had it on the roof but the sun was blaring on the other side, it was daytime, it was still in the light, but the fan wouldn't go. Also, it doesn't store up energy to use at night, it only goes when the sun is directly hitting it, which kind of defeats the purpose I had for it. When they do go, they do produce a bit of air flow, nothing crazy, they are small, but not enough for what I want it for in a small chicken coop. To put into perspective, I have a 10'x6' coop and it really doesn't help much with air flow. Maybe if I had one in the window and one on each of my other two vents, but I am not spending this much for something that only somewhat works.
