I have been struggling with brittle hair and itchy skin. My daughter also complained that brushing her hair after a shower was difficult, and there were many strands in the hairbrush when she finished brushing her hair. All of this stopped after just one usage with the blu shower filter. It was mind-blowing. Highly recommended.

We now have two of these and they are wonderful. My wife has sensitive skin and often can’t shower as it’s too irritating, this shower head and filter really works well. The only reservation is it is quite heavy, make sure you have a strong pivot arm on your shower clip.

Great product but it is too heavy for our shower rail holder. Maybe Amazon or the manufacturer need to offer a suggestion on the product details as to a good shower holder for this product. And finally, it is so good we are tempted to take it away with us when we stay anywhere !

13th December and I am writing a new review for this product as my previous one was in error no thanks to Amazon!!! The seller contacted me to inform me that I probably had the previous model which is why the head was leaking and the filtration chamber too small. In all fairness to the seller he arranged to send me out the new showerhead, and lo and behold it was perfect and a great improvement on the old one. Integrity like that is so rare these days, and I can't praise this seller enough, for the way he helped me with the issue. This Guy is a Grade A+++ seller and I would gladly do business with him again. However Amazon posted pics on the item that were pics of the old version. I think they should update them!!

At first I was pleased but after less than 30 showers the deposits were obvious again. I changed the cartridge in the handle and then tried to change the components in the spray section. Absolutely no written instructions available on the original packaging or with the parts for the spray section. Washer came out and leakage around the large blue washer however I fitted it. A nightmare! Horrible black deposits in shower drain since using this.

For context, I'm in a very hard water area and have used a filtered shower head for some time and been very happy with it. I ordered this Blu Ionic one to try because the one I have looks a little cheap, although it works well. However, I will not be switching permanently. I've tried this one out with three showers now - well, four if you count using it to bathe the dog! On the plus side, it's easy to install, softens the water very well, and produces a very fine shower that's quite pleasant. But: on the down side, it's heavy and takes a bit of manipulation to get it to stay in place in the holder without dropping down. But what makes it really unusable for me is that it reduces the water pressure too much. I have an electric water-saving shower that doesn't pump through water with great pressure anyway, and with this shower head fitted it was really difficult - and took a long time - to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. It's also very expensive at £89.00. So for me the price and lack of pressure means three stars - it works, but not well enough for my particular situation. If I had mains hot water at good pressure to my shower, I might be more satisfied with it.

After a while now I have it’s actually working. My hair stopped falling out. I know it’s little pricey but it’s worthy.
