Overheating and not safe to use
I purchased the item in May for my grandson birthday in JuneIt is only used occasionally but we turned it on last night and within 1 hour it had overheated and melted the chocolate in the fridge.It suggest on Amazon that it can not be returned/ replacedI find this unacceptable because if I purchased from a local store I would return under the 12 month guarantee. I need to return and refund as the item is not safe to use. I need advice on how I can get a refund. Thank you
