Easy to fit and ajust. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Good value.

Only 4 stars because although a great replacement for the part 1 , on tightening of the brass nut it completely sheered off with a few nips of the spanner, so had to buy a replacement arm just incase the ball float starts to move or get loose , just for a quick easy swap.

Not a lot you can say about this ball-cock and float. It works fine and I do like the fact it does come with a new float, always best to change the whole assembly. Would buy this again when needed

I fitted this product to a water tank in our loft and found the ball connecting arm, far too short and it just kept letting water in. There was a longer arm on the old valve that fitted the new valve but the valve still leaked water into the tank worse than the old one and wouldn't stop even when I held the valve shut by hand. I replaced the old valve and bought a seal repair kit from Amazon and repaired the old valve, which is now working well.
