splendid colour
It passed the tiny blob, gin, fingertip and invoice paper test very well. Good colour, nice density and formulation, adaptable from dry on dry to faint wet in wet, smooth or granulated seem to work.It will be fine on 680gm paper, it should mix with other good pigments.Thanks.

Lovely shade...
I bought this paint on advisement to create a particular, one-pigment landscape painting and it was absolutely perfect. It granulates slightly and splits occasionally showing deep oranges and turquoise hues when used wet-into-wet.Outstanding quality paint, as you would expect from Daniel Smith.Definitely one for the armoury.

Highly recommended
Gorgeous colour. Paints and blends well with other paints. Very sparkly due to the fuchsite content.

A beautiful shade of blue
The best shade of classic blue that can be used alone or color mixed on my palette to create all kinds of other colors. I finally used up my 3rd tube and needed more and will continue to use Daniel Smith colors for most of my paints. I like to squeeze my paints into my palette wells and let them dry so I can travel with them. I also never close the lid on my palette with wet paint inside as I live in a very wet and humid climate and this keeps it mold free. Great paint!

My favorite Yellow Ochre
While Daniel Smith paints give me a bit of trouble when I dry them in half-pans, their Yellow Ochre is my favorite among others. Pigment they use is wonderful, feels very lightweight and pleasant to paint with. Rewets fairly well and is versatile in mixes. I would still wish it rewet a tad bit better, but can't complain.
