Often times, I have troubles falling asleep and staying asleep, so when the 2nd Springs Sleep Well supplements showed up on my feed, I knew I had to give it a shot.Looking at the ingredients list, it seems the ingredients are natural and appear to be synergistic with each other. However, the amount per serving of each ingredient is fairly low, and as a result, I cannot say I had the results I was looking for. Don't get me wrong, I did fall asleep easier, which is really nice, but I still have troubles staying asleep. I don't think the pills offer a high enough dosage of the ingredients for me, personally, but others may find it just right for them.

Tried these sleep well capsules as a n alternative to taking 5 mg. of melatonin. These capsules have l- theanine ,Gaba and 5-Htp in addition to 2 mg. Of melatonin. I do feel a little relaxed after taking this product but 2 mg. Of melatonin is not enough for me. For other people with occasional sleep issues I think this may help them sleep well. They're made in the USA with a long 2/2025 expiration date so you know they're fresh.

I tried this a couple nights, and it did not do anything for me. Very disappointing.

Not overloaded with melatonin! Great balance, makes you come before bed. Definitely helps.

I found this product very good as a sleep aid. I've tried several and this one works better than most. First, it didn't have excessive amounts of melatonin. This one has a reasonable 2 mg per two capsules. Any more than 2 mg seems to make me feel groggy in the morning, and any less doesn't work as well. I suppose everyone is different, but for me 2 mg works the best. I also need magnesium in a reasonable quantity. I've suffered from restless leg and frequent leg cramps. After trying many things including prescriptions I find that magnesium taken in the evening helps a great deal. I know that's anecdotal, but it works for me. Taking two much magnesium creates digestive issues for me, so about 200 mg supplemental in addition to what I get in my diet seems to work for me, and this product has that amount per serving. The label says the magnesium is oxide/citrate, so not sure if that means half and half, or one or the other. The citrate is preferred, but whatever it is seems to be fine so far. The other ingredients seem to be common to many sleep aids and don't really know what they are for, but this combination seems to work well for me to get a good night's sleep.

I have used a wide variety of this same type product over the last couple of years and this one is definitely comparable and overall does a good job. When I do take a melatonin product I usually take a little bit higher dose, and this has melatonin in a very low dose, so it's a bit milder than I'm used to.I felt like it did a good job and I felt fairly refreshed after waking, definitely didn't have any of the draggy feeling like some of these type products do come morning.The pills themselves are HUGE - horse pills, LOL! - and that will definitely keep my fiance out of using it, he can't stand large pills, but I'm not bothered by larger pill sizes and it was fine, really.Overall I felt it did the job it was supposed to and I had a good night's sleep each night that I took it, and I felt it does definitely have a bit more of a calming effect than some similar products. I don't think anyone that likes to take this type of product to help them sleep, and have a restful sleep and sleep through the night, will be disappointed - I'd definitely recommend it!
