I discovered these dressings in unfortunate circumstances. I had a bad fall down the stairs, and sustained several very nasty open wounds on my legs. The district nurses are still changing my dressings after over 2 months now. Healing slowly. These dressings are brilliant for weepy, bleeding wounds, with slough and infection. They reduce hugely the likelihood of sticking. They come in several 'types' - including 'honey' infused, which is apparently excellent for healing, and a silver version which has topical antibiotic properties. They are placed over the wound first, and then a more substantial dressing put on top. I have discovered several new amazing treatments , and am stocking up in anticipation of future misadventures.

These really helped me a lot after having surgery to remove a lump. They provide extra skin to help protect the healing and a gap between the plaster. I would use again for sure.

Need to change fairy frequently, or adheres to the wound. Always use with supplementary top dressing, tape in position all around dressing.

My arm was a sorry state after skin was pulled off. These were recommended by my sister who had a similar experience. These were supplied by the hospital. I don't think my arm would have looked as it does now without them. It mends the skin. You need to put the mesh direct on to the skin then cover with a bandage use saline to clean first. No photos are being provided due to severity of skin removal.

Ich habe sie für eine Zementbrandwunde am Bein verwendet – im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Auflagen haben sie nicht an der Wunde geklebt und ließen sich völlig schmerzfrei wechseln. Das Material ist angenehm weich, flexibel und sorgt dafür, dass die Wunde sauber bleibt und gut abheilen kann. Auch nach mehreren Tagen Anwendung zeigte sich kein Wundreiz oder verklebte Haut. Ein wirklich hervorragendes Produkt für empfindliche oder nässende Wunden – klare Empfehlung! 🏥

Habe die Atrauman-Kompressen bei einer tiefen Risswunde verwendet und bin absolut zufrieden. Die Kompresse lässt sich einfach auflegen und sorgt für eine angenehme Wundumgebung. Besonders positiv: Sie verklebt nicht mit der Wunde, was das Wechseln deutlich angenehmer macht und die Heilung unterstützt. Ideal für empfindliche oder tiefere Wunden, bei denen normale Kompressen oft haften bleiben. Klare Empfehlung – ich werde sie wieder kaufen und bei zukünftigen Wunden verwenden!
