Epsom salt body wash makes my skin soft, smooth and the best part is it really helps relax my muscles. Amazing and Excellent for unwinding, and completely non-irritating on my skin. A perfect addition to my bath routine.

It didn't relax my muscles or promote sleep but smells great and is lightweight. Foams well. A good regular bodywash but not effective in what it claims to be. Plus if you sweat and lot and need proper body cleaning then once again, this bodywash will not do that job well. It is very mild and gentle. I use it before bedtime.
