I had just the right kind of dent for this to have worked. I ended up using both the larger suction cup to undo the dent, as well as the smaller one to do some touch-ups. I appreciated that the manufacturer thought of both scenarios and was able to include everything needed. I didn't see the instructions prior to using the product, but it was pretty self-explanatory, and my vehicle's dent was mostly (about 95%) fixed with these tools.

In order for this product to work, you must have a perfectly flat dent. That is not the case with the most dents. The little suction cups do not attach with enough suction to work on a moderately size dent, and the big one can’t attach, because almost all dents have some curvature to them.Also, read the reviews. Most of them are not for this product, so it is getting overrated because of that fact.

My wife has an unfortunate habit of striking moving and fixed objects with her car from time to time, the latest being while trying to squeeze into a too small space in a hospital parking garage with limited parking options and she scraped some sort of utility box see didn't see on the garage wall. The small suction cup did the trick of pulling a moderate dent out of the RR quarter panel and my Porter Cable polisher took care of most of the scratches. This is a good addition to my tools. I'm sure I'll have need for it again.

First of all, I don't generally write reviews, but I'm making an exception. This tool definitely works, but do not expect a miracle! All of my dents were in difficult places, and as of now, theyre 90% better. I've worked on them all, off and on, for about a total of 2 hours. The dents are much better, and are close to being totally gone. This isnt a magic bullet fix, and the dents I'm working on aren't too big. I imagine larger dents might be easier in many ways! When repairing a flaw, be realistic with your expectations!

How did people give this good reviews? I purchased it to pull a dent from my bumper. Since the dent is on the corner there is no flat surface big enough for the orange one and the small black one did absolutely nothing.Stop giving crappy things good reviews!!

I was a little skeptical about this product since there were other random product reviews on this page rather than the actual product it was supposed to be for. I accidentally dented my the rear of my car pretty bad and wanted to see if I could get it out. I poured some boiling hot water and then used the smaller suction and it worked!!! I highly recommend this product if you're looking to get a dent out quick and easy and not wanting to spend $500+ going to a repair shop.

Junk.. doesn't work at all. Releases when pulled. Crap don't buy this. Doesn't work at all
