I bought these for my cat who had foot surgery. She was sent home in a big collar that she hated and inhibited her movements. Plus, I had to keep taking it off to feed her. So I ordered these thinking that she would be better off without the collar and would be unable to pull out the stitches in the booties. These are really well-made booties, slip on easily and stay put with the velcro attachments. My only complaint about the booties themselves is that the velcro is very long (for a cat anyway) and keeps sticking to the sock and to itself, making wrapping it around the paw almost impossible while trying to control a wriggling cat who is fighting my every effort to get the bootie on.I finally got both booties on, and my cat was unable to get them off. Note: even the small booties are somewhat large for a cat.The problem is that she would not/could not walk in them. When she took a step, she tried to shake them off and wouldn't proceed. She finally laid down and went to sleep and made no effort to try to walk in them again. She was even more miserable in the booties than she was in the collar. So, now she is back in the collar (for two weeks) but is much happier without the booties. Word to the wise: probably great booties for dogs, but wouldn't bother if you have a cat.

We purchased these to protect the hardwood floors after having them refinished. It is advised pets stay off the floor for 14 days. That was not an option for us. Our dog is 133 lbs and can get playful in the house, so there were major concerns about how to proceed. These socks have done the trick beautifully. I have found two drawbacks. First, his nails have already worn a hole in several places. Second, the straps are not long enough to secure the socks on his feet. We have worked around this by unsnapping the velcro strap and placing it on a lower, narrower part of his foot. We ordered XL. He has a dog door and as long as it is not wet, he goes in and out just fine with his socks. We have just ordered another pair to rotate through the wash. They seem to be comfortable for him and he leaves them alone on his feet. We did start him with just two front socks for a few hours one day, then the whole day the next day. We moved on to all four socks for just a few hours the third day before having him wear all four for a whole day. Now he wears them all day and we take them off at bedtime. They also seem to be saving my leather couch as well. We kept it covered previously, but he inevitably would pull the cover off throughout the day.

I love them. The dog, not so much. Sized down as recommended and they fit perfectly. They do have a tendency to turn on the paw but that’s to be expected. The Velcro strap keeps them held up nicely. Pleasantly surprised by the quality. Would definitely purchase again

Only had them a few days. Dog wore them outside for a short time, multiple holes and poor material. Emailed the company and never heard back. At least respond to your customers.

Perfect fit on the front feet and they stay up great with the straps. The bottom grips do turn a bit but mostly stay to the ground to still provide traction. For the back feet they are too tight of a stretch to have the strap over the joint, otherwise, they don’t stay up. Also, my dog won’t sit with them on the back feet; the snap from the strap is hard on the bone and the straps have no give for her to bend her back legs to sit. These would be more comfortable with straps that attach with velcro instead of snaps since the legs are so boney. I’d recommend also buying next size up if you are going to use for the back feet as well. They did shrink a bit when washed and dried but came out looking new and grips in tact. All said, my dog wears these daily and they provide the traction needed on hardwood floors even if only worn on the front feet.

I’ve bought two different sizes of these kinds of socks for my disabled dog and both pairs/kinds fall off too easily. They just don’t work for her

They work for what I needed. My old dog was having trouble getting up on our solid floors. These help a lot! I do wish there were grippy things all around the socks though. Sometimes the socks slip around his legs and the grippy part is not under his paw and I need to readjust them.

I bought medium sized. They fit good, not snug but little loose. Jack Russell Australian cattle dog mix here. He suffers from horrid hyperkeratosis. His front paws crack, dry, build nasty callouses (I can remove a layer of his paw every 3months or so by hand and it doesn’t hurt him), and his paws become sensitive when seasons change so I purchased these. They hold up good in front feet but rears you need some type of medical wrap (I recommend 1-2 inches wide) to hold them on so they don’t slide off. I take dog to park twice a day every day so these have become my new favorite socks. They come with a velcro wrap to hold them up, but for exercising or running they not able to hold them in place. If you just need socks for indoor, these work marvelously. Make sure to cut and file dog nails or they’ll rip through easily.-1 star because the bottom portion rubber? Falls off easily (I hand washed em and one fell off) and -1 for value because the socks not thicker.Should you buy? Would I rebuy? I sure am. Just ordered 3 new pairs.P.s. I wouldn’t worry about buying bigger size as long as you have vet wrap. Works kinda like self velcro. Holds socks snug and they don’t tighten as it’s a type of elastic tape.

Great idea but not a good design for dogs with skinny legs - socks continually twist and you can’t tie them tight enough as you will cut off the circulation to the leg

Socks don't stay on. Twist around so the non slip side is on the top of his paw.

Was delivered the totally incorrect product - so disappointed.

I really should’ve changed my dogs, fur and skin xx
