Great for pain relief !!!
Due to medication over recent years I have had significant issues with my teeth and had numerous teeth break, which has left me in agony. I have found that clove oil is one of the only products that helps with the pain. However, using clove oil neat out of the bottle can really burn. This tube may only be little but is extremely effective and great value for money. The product is easy to use, but I prefer applying with a cotton bud. The taste isn't the nicest, but for pain relief it could taste far worse and I would still use it due to how good it works. You may need to apply it to the same place a few times but once it starts to work the effects are long lasting. I often brush my teeth and then apply to the required area. The quality of the product works far better for me than other branded over the counter numbing gels

It really does work!
I was quite sceptical about purchasing this tooth gel but I can honestly say it has kept me sane the past few weeks.I’m waiting to have a steroid injection in my shoulder and cannot have any surgery for 6weeks beforehand so an extraction is not possible. This has genuinely kept me sane and kept pain at bay ( along with analgesia) Painkillers alone do not work, this helps tremendously!

Don't need alot
When your toothache is crippling and your at the stage where you will try anything just for a little relief you reach for this gel. Let's face it nhs dentistry seems a thing of the past so many of us are seeking out alternatives. This gel is great in the short term. SMALL AMOUNT NEEDED. Unless you want to be dribbling all the way to your tap use a tiny amount. You can work your way up to more if you need it but first time use please heed the warning. As for the taste its not as bad as I expected from reading the reviews but it's not a chocolate biscuit. When your in pain a slightly bad taste in your mouth for a few minutes is a small price to pay for easing the pain. If you have an abscess though avoid putting this on the area as it does burn. Mistake learnt the hard way. If all else fails head to the tool box apparently loads of people are using pliers desperate times desperate measures although I personally am not brave enough and certainly wouldn't advise it. 111 got me seen eventually

A tiny tube of pain-numbing power (with a slight side of disappointment)
In a moment of high Netflix suspense, I managed to crack a tooth while dramatically overcommitting to a snack. Faced with the prospect of waiting approximately a millennium for a dentist to see me, I turned to this dental gel in a bid to self-soothe the pain of my now highly sensitive tooth.Let’s get the obvious out of the way: yes, the tube is small. Alarmingly small, in fact. But fear not—the gel inside is surprisingly potent. One tiny splodge (scientific unit of measurement, I assure you) is enough to calm the angriest of molars for a few hours. I applied it to my cracked tooth while it was busy throwing a tantrum about the cold air, and within seconds, the pain just… stopped. Glorious silence.Of course, in a moment of misguided curiosity, I poked the area with the tip of my tongue. Instant tongue-tip numbness. Not ideal, but certainly a strong endorsement for its effectiveness. A numbing gel that numbs? Who would’ve thought. Now, the instructions suggest applying it with your finger. I would very gently suggest not doing that—unless you enjoy accidentally numbing your eyeball afterwards when you rub your eyes. A cotton bud works far better and with less risk of temporarily losing motor control of your face. Here comes the rub: while the gel does work very well, I can’t in good conscience give this more than three stars. Why? Because at least a third of the tube I received appears to be filled with air. Initially, it looks full—until after a few squeezes you realise you’ve been sold what is essentially a clove-scented breeze. This is supposed to be a medical product, not an aromatherapy experience. Perhaps I just received a dud, but still—disappointing. As for the other reviews complaining about the taste: A) You're not supposed to be eating it, and B) It’s medicine. It’s not supposed to taste like rainbow sherbet. If you’re after something delicious, try Calpol. Otherwise, hold your nose, apply the gel, and enjoy the sweet, sweet relief. And clove-scented air.

The perfect numbing gel for all types of toothache!
I have a cracked wisdom tooth and am waiting to have it extracted. This is the perfect gel to numb both the tooth and gum around it. Like many of the reviews state, you can taste a strong clove flavour, which personally I'm fine with, but it is a numbing agent. It's brilliant and will be ordering another to keep aside for future toothaches!

Pain relief within minutes!
I have a broken back tooth from years of grinding in my sleep. Because it is a big tooth it's pushing somewhat & this gel is absolutely perfect regarding in giving pain relief... I would recommend if you're suffering & i apply the gel with a clean cotton bud so the gel gets in-between the the crack tooth. I also use Orajel toothpaste which helps somewhat & then apply the gel. Good value price wise & lasts a few days if you're having to use it regularly..

I don't know yet
He got home now and I went to try it and I didn't like the feeling. It's kind of sticky taste kind of strange and for me the problem is not this but rather that made me the opposite effect. I'm feeling more pain. I may have put the intent in my gums and rubbed it and so the pain because it seems like it's just getting where you feel pain. When I go to bed, I'll try it again.I tried it for the second time and for me this product does not serve. It hurts me a lot when I use it.
