Most don't know that Vit B and C need to be ingested DAILY, they don't know that these Vitamins which are CRITICAL to EVERY CELL, part of your BODY is WATER SOLUBLE, that means, it only it only can stay in your body roughly 1 day, Vit C a few hours (24 hours if Ester, plus there's Ascorbyl Palminate - now Fat Soluble), well folks if you read and understand each B Vitamins there are critical to your body and how it functions, they are Co-Ezymple (with out ezymes, life would help) Enzymes make something happen that wouldn't/couldn't happen without it's presence, well if you are like me there's days you come short on the B game, you might be sick, forgot to take or maybe just didn't eat a healthy diet for a few days, something like this is game changer, because your body will be make to store the B1, in your fat and use when needed, between me and you the only B, I can't take a lot or to much or I feel it is B6 (so pay attention to that one). doctor recommended i take these for better food absorption. these are fairly small, easy to swallow, and don’t have any weird smells or taste. i don’t feel any different, but the doctor say my bloodwork is looking better, and she’s the boss…

A note to the ones that are saying it isn't doing anything....According to Japanese research, if you feel no effects from this, then you probably don't need this, or else just take it as maintenance...but if you have issues, fibro, back pain, or the 75 other conditions it helps with, ..metabolic issues, pancreatitis, Parkinsons, etc....you may get worse before it gets better, ..it says, don't up the dosage till you feel normal again...then you can slowly up it, according to the research papers...and it works slower on some people than others,..you have to stick with it awhile...Amazing that not too many doctors know the benefit of this.
