I've been looking for a small "wok" pan similar to one that I've seen Jacques Pepin using in his Cooking At Home series (check out Chicken with Yams, for example). This is pretty close. And it's a nice pan...heavy, easy to clean, good heat conduction on my glass-top stove, and about the right size to cook for 2-3 people. It comes with a nice vented glass LID that has a heat resistant handle. The handle for the PAN comes (oddly) detached and you have to screw it on yourself with 2 stainless steel acorn nuts provided. No big deal; it took me about 1 minute. (I'm guessing the handle comes detached in order to make it a more compact package for shipping). I like that the bolts holding the handle on are not rivets that penetrate through to the inside of the pan, thus making the interior smooth and a little easier to clean. Some may worry about the long term structural strength of this design, but it seems fine to me. At a price point of around $40, I think it is a great value...probably less than half the price of the big name brands. I expect to use this pan for everything from soups to stir-fry. I highly recommend!

My wife wanted a stainless steel Wok and this was a great choice well made and if taken care of should last a life time. Some assembly required but so simple I believe anyone who purchases this will have no issues. Just one a couple of screws and done.

I’ve been using this 12” stainless steel wok for stir-fries, sauces, even steaks, and it’s been consistently solid. The pan heats quickly and evenly, with no obvious hot spots once it’s preheated properly. The pan feels very sturdy without being excessively heavy, and the handle doesn’t get hot. The flat area is large enough to cook some steaks too, so if you are on a budget like me the pan is quite versatile. As with any stainless pan, you do need to preheat and use oil correctly or food will stick, so this isn’t “nonstick effortless.” That said, once you use it the right way, cleanup is straightforward and it hasn’t warped or discolored after daily use. Overall, this is a good option if you want a durable stainless wok and are comfortable cooking on bare metal rather than relying on coatings.

Does not stick, water takes all if any out. Than I use bar keepers friend and it looks brand new. Shines, shines. I love delarlo. I have a very large set.

Good size pan that takes daily use well. Can be a little big for people with small hands though. The lid is fine but does trap water in the seal between the metal and glass. I haven’t found a way to get that liquid out yet

This is a great wok that's becoming my favourite to use on a daily basis. Very similar feel and weight to my All Clad pans. Those saying everything sticks to it should watch Wok with Tak on YouTube. Highly recommend

Lasted regular use for a year

This pan is awesome! If you follow the instruction pamphlet and use the water droplet method and heat the pan before you put your oil or food, It works amazing. easy to clean. I use my magic eraser to clean it.
