Great package!The pillow material is extremely comfortable and the memory foam is of good quality.It also stores in a compact bag as it can be easily folded as shown!The stitching is hidden and inner material is to quality and thus it is comfortable to use on long journeys.Overall great value for money product, highly recommended!

Product is nice and soft, has washable cover as well. Pillow thickness is too low for an adult.

Really good product, quality is impressive

The removable cover is soft and comfortable, and the foam inside appears soft as well. Can not yet comment on how warm or uncomfortable it might be on a long flight, or if the foam will last long. But for an average neck, it is too loose and can't provide support as needed. Providing another button to make it tighter or providing a velcro fastening to allow for tightening as required would make this so much better. The height of the pillow is somewhat less on one side because of the wrap around design, but that can be managed. It will definitely not be suitable for anyone with a slightly longer neck. Update: I shortened the pillow case by stitching the thin end upon itself, possible because that side of the foam is quite narrow. With that it proved sufficiently supportive and comfortable on a 12 hour flight.

I bought the neck pillow for a trip i went on recently. The cushioning is really good quality..its easy to clean if anything spills on it. The eye cover is also really good. Though the ear plugs could be of better quality.All in all, it is a really good product and js worth its price.

It is a very good product if you like more soft cushion. I returned it cause I found it too soft to support my head! Otherwise I would say it very good in quality and softness!
