comes in a plain poly bag, no instructions on use enclosed. extremely hard and stiff. as far as I am concerned, I wasted my money on this nonsensical product.

Just plain doesn’t work…

This has helped with low back pain after just one use. People complain that it’s too hard. It’s not too hard if you have a hard body. If you are weak and never workout and have a marshmallow body then it will probably feel too hard for you. It has little give which is good because it forces my spine into the correct curvature. I’ve been using it every day now for about a week and can tell the difference. I noticed the day after doing dead lifts my back didn’t hurt as much.

I was unable to use the product due the hardness of the support. I would not recommend this product for people who have had lower back surgery.

This is a terrible item and doesn’t do what they advertised. Then they take 3 weeks to get it to you and give only 5 days to get a refund.

This "pillow" is very hard. Instead of alleviating sciatica, it caused excruciating pain. Only used for a few minutes. The next day, I couldn't walk without intense pain.Had to visit my chiropractor. I took the item with me and he said it was the cause of my extreme pain. Still unable to walk without pain.

I’m trying to use this everyday and I am seeing some improvement. Of course I am doing back exercises as well so who knows!It felt a bit uncomfortable at first but I have gotten used to it. Definitely feel a good stretch when I use it.
