Size Ordered: Medium After seeing so many ads about Waistora and these other super expensive waist training products, I was really tempted to splurge for the sake of my self-image. Despite knowing how unpredictable online ordering can be, I decided to give this item a shot. I’ve tried many different forms of shape wear over the years, and so far, this has been the best bang for my buck! I will admit, it was a tad difficult to get on, and it’s not as stretchy as some I’ve tried. However the neoprene-like fabric is so nice and warming, it definitely does its job. Once it’s on, it stays in place. Partially due to the zipper, but also the fabric sticking from sweat. Breathable, keeps my posture nice, cinches. I typically wear mediums for clothing, and a medium did the trick. Was worried after reading so many reviews about sizing up/down. Granted I’m relatively average in terms of body type, and not especially rotund. At the end of the day, everybody has different proportions. But I would rate this 5/5.

I got a medium which is my usual shirt size. It was definitely a struggle to get on as I carry a good portion of my fat in my stomach. It’s definitely tight, but I can still breathe fine. holds everything in while still being flexible. It helps with my posture and it’s even kind of inconvenient to slouch in. It’s easy to bend over and sit down in. I had to fight the zipper but it didn’t break or anything. It’s a great buy and I’d definitely recommend it.

I wear this everyday. The quality is really good. I’m pleased. I wear a size large shirt and the large fits firm. Just what I wanted. I’ve been wearing for several months and no weigh loss has occurred or reshaping. I wanted this to help hernia repair surgery.

Nice I wish it had more sizing options so you don't have to buy three different ones as they keep working, also wish it was less visible through dresses (meaning it could be better seamlessly)

This is an XS extra small I was very surprised how nicely it fit . I am a size medium 6/7 in pants I have gotten other ones yet this one fit perfectly well. Has no wires and no form of uncomfortable situation. It actually feels like it sucks in really tight spots and sits just perfect. It doesn’t feel like it would bother me if I wear it at work. I put it on today at work I am perfectly comfortable. In the past other fajas I would take them off in the car yet this one is so soft I drove to work and it’s almost lunchtime I still have it on this is a recommended product. I love it does not disappoint . Fabric is flexible and very soft and I love about it is that it’s long torso goes down to the bottom of my belly button that’s my problem area I really want to tuck in it folds down over it just fine. I recommend it and I love it i will buy two more just because I will be wearing them daily. To work yep!! And in my workout session.

This was good at first. The material seems to stretch after a few times wearing it. The zipper broke after my 3rd time wearing it! And the hook at the top came off after 1 wash. Lastly those inserts start to push up against your sides .. but definitely good sweating conductor!

This is comfortable and I like that it has the latches and the zipper. It did make me sweat extra which is why I got it! I am 5’10 and 175 lbs with a long torso and already on the last loop so I wish I ordered the medium instead of the large to do the true waist training as I will have to order a size down in a couple weeks.

It’s good at first but after few days it’s not tight anymore even the last one. Size down if you want
