I can lift into back of our SUV
Brought in 1/24 have done 2 major trips including a Curise with plane ride. Paced with luggage not a problem. Would recommend a travel cover to protect some exposed wires. I didn’t see one they offered so got a generic which worked with modifications. Gives wife complete independence. Brakes auto lock for transfers. Light enough for me to handle with battery installed. So far battery is great about a 4 hour life at normal speed to get out of green dots. Could push if it ran out but not my intention. Nice under seat carry bag for charger and iPad. Looks nice doesn’t have those huge wheels, yet does flat grass ok. I did replace rear tip over wheels with dual heavy wheels with bearings and heavy axel. About $10 . Much better for us then others costing x3 more. Highly recommend. She has been riding around Baltimore inner harbor with no issues.

Very well built. Good value for our money.
We liked how easy it's to use, right out of the box. Easy to fold and unfold. It's not too wide and fits in tight places, specially in the car trunk. We liked the remote control feature. It's great that you can park the chair away from you. We liked the battery life and the placement of the plug receptacle. We didn't like that the wheels hubs caps easily break off; but that's not very important. We didn't like that the foot rest is not adjustable. We had to make our own cushion in order for our little one to be able to use it.

Best purchase ever.
We love this power wheelchair comes ready to use. Keep the Velcro strap for folding. I took it on the airplane with ease used it on a cruise and Disney vacation we ordered an extra battery so we could have no worries. Although you can push manually. Check with airlines prior to departure for extra battery. After our trip we had a problem with the power but called for support and they sent parts which were easy to replace. Awesome people and quick to resolve issues. Smooth and easy to drive gives me independence and allows me to go places. Great value.

Defective and no Customer Support
This wheelchair has never held a charge since it first arrived! The customer service number isn’t connected to the company and they do not answer emails. So far, this has been an expensive mistake!

Great chair for the price & excellent customer support!
I did a lot of research before ordering and compared this chair to others costing $2700+ and the features were almost exactly the same. The chair is just what I needed to get around on a vacation where we would be doing a lot of walking. Due to my impaired mobility, I wouldn't have been able to get around and enjoy the trip without it. For extra comfort and stability, I recommend that you personally tighten all the nuts/screws on the chair and add support under the cushion (we used plywood.) The chair is small & light enough for travel and is airline compliant. Make sure to pre-approve the chair with each airline because they all have different check-in requirements. Customer service was excellent! There was a mix-up with my order and when I contacted the seller, they immediately arranged for the wrong item to be picked up and sent the correct chair via FedEx. The airline lost a part on my chair and when I contacted the seller to ask if I could order a replacement, the sent it to me for free.

Not a free return!!
YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT FOR FREE!!! The chair is lighter than most, however, without the seat folding in half it's too wide to fit thru a non ADA room on a cruise ship. You have to be able to lift it into the room. It folds nicely for a trunk. I found it comfortable enough. I felt like it wanted to tip forward on some of the thresholds The joystick is extremely sensitive. I contacted the seller & was 1st called back within 20 mins. I had questions & was called back with answers within an hour. I think in the main description it needs to state clearly that it's not a free return. It would be nice not to have to search for that & then try to decipher how much you might get back if you send it back.

Lack of Control is unacceptable!
This wheelchair is very heavy, howbeit well built. The battery life is good, just need to find a way to charge this battery without having to remove it. It has very strong motors, maybe too strong or maybe too high of battery voltage going to them, initially. Joy stick is NOT variable speed. Even though it does have + and - buttons adjusting more or less voltage, it still is altogether too fast from the get-go. It seems more like a go or stop switch, than a smooth variable speed actuator. We have run into just about everything in the house and after 3 days the patient does not want to use it anymore. It definitely does not inspire confidence. It's now become nothing more than a very expensive useless corner space occupier. Also, the 3 second delay for the electromagnetic brakes to dis-engage is a real pain because as you move the joy stick slightly forward you don't know just how far forward you have pressed it because there is no instant movement. By the time the brakes kick off, you're at full speed running into everything. This creates a very bad experience! Contacted seller and sent them a 'eye opener' video. They assured me they would send it on to manufacturers to see if there was anything they could do, but nothing has been resolved after several weeks. Will update if there are any changes.

Works ok, but it’s not the best! It’s like buying a Pinto instead of a Bronco.
This electric chair is ok? It doesn’t hold the charge very long - certainly doesn’t keep to the manufacturer’s statement. The steering mechanism is not very responsive. My sister is able to maneuver it, but it uses a lot of space to make tight turns. I had to teach her how to back up - it literally is more difficult to back up in this chair then backing up in an 18 wheeler.
