The connections are easy to make. It pumps the waste through a 22mm pipe, that makes the installation a lot easier. I have given it 4 stars as I can't comment on the long term reliability but having installed a Saniflo in my previous house with no problems in 5 years I have confidence in the product.

Replaced the one that had died was easy to fit very straight forward.

Bought this Saniflo macerator back in Feb 2019, had it professionally fitted in april 2019 and died unexpectedly quick on 15 Feb 2020. I do not believe this is good value for money neither can someone claim it is good quality because it only had low usage as a ground floor toilet which only needed to push just about 2 meters away to reach the drain. Bought this based on previous reviews, unfortunately, it just goes on to show how little amazon reviews mean nowadays when some people decided to make a living out of writing fake reviews for an easy few quids at the expense of other shoppers. Shame on you guys and shame on you amazon for allowing the practice despite being aware of it.
