They are so delicious, they make my burgers taste like I got it from the beloved burger chain in California. They burn very bad on the way out. I would be mindful about being near a restroom a day after consumption

These peppers ROCK!! They are a little smaller than your typical Mezzette yellow pepper, but they pack every bit as much flavor and punch. This is probably the spiciest yellow pepper I have ever come across, but the flavor is fantastic and the heat is fair. Great for making pickles eggs or enjoyed on the side of sandwiches and hamburgers. Treat yourself to a batch!

A great little chilli to add to bbq platters. Not too hot but has good acidity to cut through and provide a bit of a bite.
