Excellent quality product. Just pure vanilla, nothing that you don't want. I stir it into my home made yogurt and add a little maple syrup for the most delicious vanilla maple yogurt.

This did not seem to have as much flavor as the last brand I purchased, but it was pretty good.I transferred it to a jar that I thought was airtight and I only opened it a few times, but the powder turned to a rock. Had to throw it out, so be careful, perhaps store in fridge if opened.

This may be the best vanilla available! Decided to try this as an addition to sugar free maple syrup for use with super firm tofu to be air-fried. Marinated the tofu in the syrup with the vanilla powder added then used the syrup as a dipping sauce. The absolute best, slightly sweet, vanilla maple treat that is low calorie, low carb and high protein. Will try this in coffee, baking and other options!
