Work great in preparing our Turkey. Cooked faster than our older model and loved the lid. Overall a great purchase.

Very hot tool, no need to worry about heat. Gerat for turkey, chicken, corned beef. I used to go to corned beef and deli. Thats the way they used to keep their corned beef fresh and hot.

This works well, it runs a bit hot, by about 30 degrees. I suggest a meat thermometer to make sure nothing is burned or overcooked. I will update how it holds out at 6 months and a year. Since it will be used very often.

I had to replace my old roaster after many years. This new one was a welcome addition to our holiday cooking this year. Good quality roaster, light weight, maintain heat well (we used a digital thermometer) and produced a tasty turkey for Thanksgiving and prime rib for Christmas.

I used this roaster for the Thanksgiving turkey. The temperature setting was accurate and the turkey cooked to perfection. The self basting lid did its job and the bird was moist and cooked to the bone without being dry. The only down side was the light indicating it was heating was difficult to see. When I bent to eye level, I could see it was on or off. This was not a show stopper for me. I recommend this product.

Having my large family over for Christmas dinner and needed my oven for side dishes and desserts. Decided to get roaster for the 20 pound turkey. The roaster was perfect! Turkey cooked to perfection! Everyone enjoyed!
