Minerals are very important for your body if you're just taking vitamins without the minerals you're wasting your time. I take these minerals because they prevent me from getting headaches and migraine headaches. If you suffer from migraine headaches you should take this supplement if you do your homework you'll find out it's caused by a mineral deficiency.
