Been a very good Bike to me gets me out and about.

My bike has no throttle. Description says 3 modes I only have two only have pedal assist and manual. Absolute joke something needs to be sorted

Absolutely a brilliant e-bike would of been better if I had knowledge of there would be sent in two separate packages but the customer service was helpful with both issues that rose, worth way beyond what it is on sale for, great fun

Over all it is a good bike. When it was delivered it did not have lcd screan so did not work. One i got that fixed i found out the head light doesn't work was sent doffrent parts but it never did work.Had a problem with the breaks not working but the seller left amazon and i cant get a hold of them or find out about a warranty. Motor is making noises it shouldnt so think this may go next. Have to take it to ebike specalists to have it looked at sin e seller has left and i have not been given any warrent information

I’ve had the bike for 3 weeks. 1st one didn’t come (Evri) but the customer service was good and got another sent about 2 weeks later via DHL. Comes in a box part assembled and if you unpack it carefully you will find all the parts . Assembly was a bit tricky but the instructions on. This part are not that bad. Make sure you set it up and fully tighten the bolts especially the saddle. It’s taken me 3 weeks to know how to operate it properly as the instructions on that part are bad and I still haven’t worked out the cruise control .I like the bike , it rides pretty well . You get great power assistance on PAS 5 . The throttle is great for all electric mode in PAS 5 well. Gears are good , though you will find it odd that the rear gear controls are on the left and the front on the right. Throttle is left side and needs to be rollled forward. Brakes are good also. Issues I’ve had , saddle loosened but re adjusted and tightened up . Pedal assembly stiff. Rear mudguard tends to move a bit but easily sorted .Front light bolt is difficult to fully tighten and keep in place , I used a different nut and a spring washer as this holds the front mudguard as well. All in all great for the price. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask .
