Thin but, effective gloves for pull-ups and dips. The small wrist wrap is also helpful because other gloves I have tried have larger wrist wraps that continuously hit the stop button on my Apple Watch as I complete the exercises.

Excellent gloves that protects the hand. It provides good cushion however the only draw back is it makes your hand feel big and swollen. This cause you to need to grip a little harder to hold the dumbbells. Overall it works as intended. I would recommend to get one size smaller because the padding makes the glove feel so much bigger than your hand.

Weird creases in the gloves sometimes hurt when weight lifting because they concentrate the weight into one spot on the hand.
