This protein powder is my GO TO!! I love the taste soooo much and it's at such a decent price! I'm very picky about my protein powders. I can't stand whey, I don't like them to be too sweet or have that fake sweet taste, and they have to be easy on my tummy.This brand is absolutely perfect for me. Now, it *does* have a slight grit to it, but personally I enjoy that because I'm a weirdo. It doesn't feel like you're drinking sand but it does have a texture to it. Also, I've noticed it will settle and thicken as it sits but I'm 89% certain that's natural and it's not at all a bother to me!Drinking this helps me feel fuller and doesn't upset my stomach. I think it helps my bowel movements too (LOL let's be real here!) so that's always a plus. I've definitely noticed a difference when I drink this powder compared to whey - for me, whey constipates me no matter how much water or fiber I take. It makes me feel heavy and I'm really just not a huge dairy fan, but I really wqnted a powder that has enough of what im looking for. This one does the trick :)When mixing this powder, I just use water. LOL it might sound gross but I think it's delicious and super easy on my tummy! I've also mixed it with oat milk and almond milk and it tastes AMAZING but when I'm on the go, I just use water. Mixes well, tastes great and gives me the results I've been looking for! 10/10!

Ive been consuming this protein powder for years. Its one of the only ones that does not upset my stomach and has less artificial ingredients than others. It is not perfect, but it is great for the price. I put this in my oatmeal every morning for protein and I love the peanut butter taste. I will be a costumer for life as long as they do not change anything

This is absolutely the best protein and flavor I have ever had. 100% worth the price. It’s fantastic just with almond milk too. Just keep in mind that it’s sweetened with erythritol, so depending on the rest of your diet, it may cause gas or bloating at times.
