The short answer, yes but it would be unstable and unsafe because it lacks the circuitry to balance the load between the two power supplies.

yes this will power an item like that as long as the initial "start up /surge amps" do not exceed the units specs .Also they recommend to only use device for 80% of rated output(80 amps) so you will be close to its limits. the voltage is adjustable from like 12-16 volts amperage is not.
