The first time I bought this product I found it at Marshall's. The scent is divine. With my first use I could tell it was a fabulous find: it instantly smooths, softens and shines my hair. Leaves no residue. I bought the shampoo + conditioner and with the large sizes (plus the pump on top, which is a great feature) they last a LONG time. I sometimes switch between using this and using a cheaper shampoo (swap every few days) just to make the CHI last longer. It's a fabulous product at a great price. Highly recommend if you're looking for something to smooth and soften your hair.

THe best smelling conditioner and shampoo I’ve ever used and believe me honey, I’ve spent hundreds on the “top brands” as my hair is really important to me. It detangles without making my hair greasy and it works great on extensions. My hair is medium thick and straight and it gets greasy very easily so I have to be careful about what type of products I use because the smallest amount of oil will make me look like I stuck my head in a grease trap. This moisturizes without weighing my hair down. I’ll never use another conditioner- and the smell is TO DIE FOR

Good hair balm, hair is smooth and silky. For me a slightly harsh smell. But in general, I liked it. Consumption is minimal

Smells great When I got the shampoo in the mail the pump nozzle was broken and thankfully I had a squeeze top that fit to replace what was broken so I didnt have to wait for a new one. My hair feels great after a few times washing with the product

Doesn't lather up as well as any other shampoo I use and I'm referring to the 2nd "lather up". So I would say capitalize the GENTLE on cleansing aspect, and it does smell good which was the only reason I bought it.

Really seems to help with my itchy scalp. Waiting to see if it helps my thinning hair. Doesn’t affect my hair color either.

C’est un indispensable pour moi. Il me fait toujours des cheveux incroyables et quand je change de soin ou après shampooing j’y reviens toujours et retrouve des cheveux soyeux et brillants. Il faut au moins le tester pour voir s’il est ok pour vos cheveux
