I did find it quite difficult to decide what rating to give this product, I mean it does the job perfectly and is identical to the original one I received with my  TensCare itouch Tone  (which is as an aside is an excellent product) so you would think 5 stars, however I was a little disappointed at the durability.After only 3 months of moderate and careful use one of the cables near where it meets the plug connector had started to come apart and create a loose connection, meaning that the iTouch would think one of the pads was intermittently not connected and would stop that channel.To summarise; I'm not saying there is anything wrong with this item as a spare part, certainly not, I'm just a little disappointed that I needed a spare part after such a short period of time and I fear the same may happen again as the construction is the same as the original and I was very careful with that. Having said all of that, the part is not expensive, and if you just treat it as a consumable item (like the pads) then it's really not too much of an issue. If you need a replacement lead for your TensCare iTouch then this is exactly what you need and is identical to the original.

I looked up the Tens Care iTouch. (What about that, iTouch, nice one;-) It's absolutely identical to the Boots and Boots Advanced TENS machines. I found out by looking at pictures of it working. So I saw this leadwire on here and bought a couple. It'll fit my old Boots TENS machines and I know where future supplies can be got when needed. What a bonus! I tried to get replacement cables in town but no hope. That's why I love coming here. Look up just about anything and it's available. Needed copious supplies of everything for all my machines. Doing my searches for supplies of everything is how I came across these cables.Lovely Jubbly:) Well done, Amazon.

I placed an order with my local Boots store for replacement wires 18 months ago and was told they are still trying to get the wire. I looked on Amerson and there was a site which sold said wires.Iordered them and they arrived very quickly.They fit my T.e.n.s perfectly. I would reccomend this company to anyone

Weak design; cables wear quickly, so you need to take a lot of care to avoid any bending of the wires. Also be warned that there are two different connectors, one being a mini usb and the other being a one off design. They are not interchangeable. If in doubt check the TensCare website.

I purchased this lead following other reviews as my Boots Tens machine was only working on 1 cable i.e. only 2 of the 4 pads were working. Thankfully arrived very quickly as I have a lot of back pain and couldn't manage without my Tens machine.

Flimsy wire broke on second use , not impressed,off to buy a whole new T.E.N.S machine at a well known chemist I think.

Original lead had started to fail on husbands tens machine. This was perfect, if not better than the original as he's now twitching about like a good'un again! Thank you.
