Good kite

Very pleased with this item my grandson will have a great time with them.

Still have them boxed for beach trip

We ordered both the diy white kites and the diy kites with the octopus and crab that could be colored. Both sets came with markers. The kites are good quality; the kids had fun decorating them. We flew them in variable wind with no issues - all 5 went home with the children and will be able to fly again another day. I appreciated that these are not flimsy, cheap kites but instead a kite useful for introducing children to the sport. The edges are bound, so no fraying. The oldest child flying a kite was 7, the youngest 3. All were successful for their age and seemed to have a great time.

Not great material, very flimsy, didn't want to stay together while in the air and it's kind of hard to get up in the air compared to other kites I have flown with my kids.

Our three-year old granddaughter loved it! Coloring the design was a fun distraction and, with a decent, seaside wind, the kite went straight up and stayed there, as she held the cord and felt as if she had lassoed a star. The long tail is a big help. You have to find your own safety cord and put it on the (fairly small) handle, just in case your child loses their grip. The kite is fairly durable and, when it breaks, there is a spare.

Very small. Seems made ok but small.

My husband says they are well made for the price.
