French Herbs Perfection
This is a perfect combination - with no garlic and lots of lavender.

Store in the freezer to max out life.
I use this in a lot of my cooking, especially stews and braises. I’m always surprised at how great it makes everything taste. Yes the quantity is large but I store it on the freezer and it works perfectly. Takes you cooking to a new level.

It smells like the one I bought in Paris, a giant bag
I did not realize how light it is, so I ordered a 8 oz bag and got a giant bag of herbs. It will take me a couple of years to finish it. I may put it in cheese cloth to use it as natural bug repellent in my closets. It smells so good! This is like a piece of France that I have in my house, bringing back good memory from the French Provence! I love cooking French food. Making chicken soup with it tomorrow!

Decline in Quality
I bought this brand once before and was satisfied. i bought it primarily because it contained lavender, which a lot of herbs de Provence don't contain. This order bears little resemblance to the first order. The herbs are crushed to the point that it is mostly dust. There is no trace of lavender that I can see in the mix. So this is an obvious decline in quality and value for price. I'm very disappointed.
