Bought this frame for my elderly mother to view pics of a recent bucket-list trip to Europe. I found the app relatively easy to use. What really makes this frame nice is its large size and touch screen.Yes, it does take a little work to get the images adjusted so heads aren’t cut off, etc., but that’s to be expected due to the differing aspect ratio from the photo itself. It’s a function of the size and would be problematic for any frame of this size, irrespective of brand.The frame is definitely large (a consideration for where the frame can be located), but the pics are easily seen across a room. I also purchased another brand that was at a similar price point but much smaller (10”) that I don’t like nearly as well.The YEMSD frame is nice b/c it can be oriented landscape or portrait (the smaller frame I purchased can only be oriented landscape). I found portrait takes up less table top space and works better for most pics. I also like the fact that each pic can be changed to “fill the frame” or not (where there are side areas with no image), as some photos are suitable for the full frame but some are not. Having the ability to add a caption to each photo is a nice feature. I started by adding a caption for all the photos in a group at once, then going back to edit individual photos to have a unique caption.I did pay for the app upgrade to be able to upload more photos at once. $17/yr is definitely worth it to me if it makes my mom happy.Note: I didn’t seem able to upload any videos before I upgraded to Frameo+, even though with just the free app I should be able to upload at least very short ones. Could be user error, lol.

I do not give reviews till we have owned a product for at least 4 months so here is my review.Great picture, Great size, Easy to upload photos , Great material quality, Plays videos - WITH SOUNDYou can leave cute emojis on a photo, Has time and temperature on display.So far we have been very impressed and love how I can just upload a picture and send to my parents even when we are on vacation I can send easily through the app and not have to wait on a text to send. For the price it was well worth the money and more. So far no cons.

I gifted this to my mom for Christmas. Omg she loves it! So easy for everyone to use and upload pics to. She gets such a kick out of receiving pictures from my siblings on it. It sits in her living room and just brings to much joy. I love how you can edit the length of how long the pics show up for and I love how you can send videos with sound! Truly a great gift.

We bought several of these as Christmas gifts this year, they were a favorite for sure. Easy to use, sleek, and we are able to send photos seamlessly. If your looking for a quality product that’s worth your money, this is the best bang for your buck!

I got this as a gift for my mom during one Christmas since they're a frequent Facebook user and photo taker. I thought it'd be just an okay decoration, but after about two years of them having it, I have to say that it's been a pretty nifty item to have around their house whenever I come over to visit them!There's enough memory on it to store a fair bit of photos and video clips while displaying them on a pretty decent touch screen monitor. It doesn't have the vibrancy of a super high tech and super expensive screen, BUT for the price, it's more than fine. It does need a separate app to upload your pictures on along with a working Wifi connection, but even without internet, it works like a digital photo frame just fine. I thought this frame would break as others have reported for other digital frame in under a year and would at least need one repair, but after about TWO years, it's working great! Mom's still putting pictures on it and they've had no complaints on it whatsoever.The only complaint I do have would just be the overall build materials of the frame. It's just decorated plastic and does feel kinda meh and cheap sometimes. But it has a plain, black frame so it wont be hard to make it fit into any room or home. It doesn't feel TOO frail either. The frame also does have a settings menu to customize things like the timer for how fast the slideshow should go and to see how much storage is left to use.So if you're looking for a gift for someone who takes a load of pictures, I'd give this a go!

I am so extremely pleased with this product. Super easy to set up and so convenient for sharing with my family, so they can add photos to it at any time. I'm so pleased and glad I purchased for myself.

We got this for my mom because she has dementia and we wanted her to have things that are going on all day so we take pictures and we can send it to her which is really great. However, the memory is limited, and you have to buy extra services that were unexpected. But overall it’s really great for letting her see what’s going on outside when she doesn’t wanna leave her room.It’s mostly user-friendly, and it shows her all the things that we’re doing we can send it to her, but it’s sad that the reason why we’re doing it or using it is to try and help her remember things. But it’s fantastic for doing so!
