Q: I have the Veken 84oz water fountain (plastic). It is similar in size and I have lots of filters. if I upgrade to this, will my filters and pump work?

We truly regret to inform that the capacity for this particular fountain is 95oz therefore the filter and replacement pump are different from the 84oz unit. Q: Which way does blue light face, forward or backwards?

The light is on the back of the filter/motor unit, and it reflects on the back of the fountain, shining out of the front window.

Q: How do I get the water to actually pump OUT of the flower attachment? It's pumping just not HIGH enough to come out the top of the flower

The water should be flowing over the flower gently. You need to check that all components are attached correctly. Once you have checked to make sure all are attached correctly, then you could have a faulty pump. This seems to be a common complaint with this company. They need to upgrade the pump. The flow over the flower is gentle.
