Great Huge Poncho
Love this poncho! Itβs huge β easily covers me and my backpack β and has come in so handy. I originally got it for travelling, but now I use it all the time for days out. Itβs waterproof, easy to fold back up, and the rainbow design always gets compliments

I AM SO IMPRESSED!
Got this for a few days' break in London.I read as many reviews as possible for all the ponchos I liked because of complaints from customers of a short sleeve area. I compared all the dimensions and this one came out at 160 cm across, which is good for me, and also one of the longest I've seen, others are 147.6cm or similar. I wondered if it would actually be correct. It is.It arrived today. It looked great. I tried it on. The sleeves are perfect. It's got all the snaps on the sleeves, adjustable hood face, it zips right up to the chin. It's excellent, and, I guess I'm astonished at how good it is.I'm 5'3", 169 lbs and it comes down to just below the knee for me. The sleeves go all the way to my wrists and there are finger loops. The pocket is huge, but if you put something heavy in there, like a phone or something, expect it to put your poncho off kilter and skew the whole situation. I'm probably going to use it for small items.I'm so pleased. The tartan design is right down my alley, it looks great.I love it.

Actually waterproof!
Great poncho, big enough to cover me and my back pack. It actually is waterproof which is often not the case in "waterproof products". Only downside for me was the hood is too big and covered my whole head and face so couldnt see more than my toes half the time.

Kept me dry in 6 hours of rain.
I wore this as I was going to be out in the rain from about 9am until about 2pm. The king and Queen were coming to open a cairn in our memorial gardens and to commemorate 100 years of our war memorial art gallery and library. I was in my little electric wheelchair which the cape flowed over and kept dry. I think my tartan cape I think drew the king and Queen to me . They asked me if I was alright and I said I was nearly all dry , which I certainly was. After the event I had a lady in a mobility scooter ask me where I got my cape whichI was happy to tell her. I took the cape of before my husband helped me into the car , he was amazed how my blazer and only the bottom part of my trousers were wet. I think this day out speaks for itself and the rain was heavy. Would definitely recommend ti's cape and will definitely buy again if needed.

A review from a heavy person
I gave my review this title because when I was hunting for a poncho I wanted one that would fit me and I know there's others out there with the same concerns.I'm 5 foot 4 but I'm almost 300lbs. I usually wear a size 20-24. I hope all that helps give you an idea of my body size. This poncho fit me fine. Plenty of room. It wasn't tight at all. It stopped a little above my knees. The sleeves are slightly too short, my watch wasn't covered by the poncho. It was around mid forearm where it stopped on me.I used this in Blackpool on the water rise Valhalla. I had my phone in the little pocket in the poncho but it didn't help. My phone was wet and I had a notification saying there's water in the charging port and to not charge it until it's dry (I didn't even know phones do that now!)So I REALLY stress do not put your phone in the ponchos pocket. It will get water in there. I'd zipped it up and put the little flap over the zip but it still did nothing. It's simple and easy to figure out how to use.Now when on the ride I kept my watch dry by putting my arm inside the poncho. It's annoying how short the arms are really. We went on Valhalla 3 times. Which is a lot of water. I hoped I'd be mostly dry afterwards but didn't have my hopes high. It's not like going out on a rainy day. It's a lot more water being thrown at you all at once.Surprisingly my top half stayed dry on the water ride but my bottom half didn't (not blaming the poncho there though, the seat was drenched in water).Since getting it we havent had rain here (oddly) so I haven't had a chance to wear it out in the rain but it handled the water ride 3 times in a row pretty well. I think I'd class that as a win. But please don't put your phone in that pocket on the poncho! It's safer inside the poncho.

Still waiting for my refund
Poncho seemed great came in it's own bag but not really compact to put in a bag to carry it. Great colour & handy with the zip. After ordering it I did not need it so returned it for this reason. This was done on the 19/7/24 & confirmed the same day refund was being processed. Today I am still waiting for my refund & it's the 30/7/24. Apparently last message was refund was credited 26/7 but there is nothing in my bank. Payment for this was debited the following day it was purchased, so why this refund is taking so long is ridiculous. Also impossible to get in touch with amazon all auto chat with no way of explaining your query.

Flower Poncho
Arrived in a plastic resealable envelope which was great! (Less packaging and can keep stored dust free). The little zip bag is ideal especially with the keyring to attach to backpack, bag, belt etc. I Have tried on but not using till next month for a festival. I'm 5'3" and am usually an XXL , this is HUGE!! Which is absolutely perfect for me. There are 3 poppers on each arm hole PLUS elastic loop for a thumb hole, to help on windier days I'm guessing so you don't take off. You can feel the pva coating underneath, but it's not plasticky or rubber feel, it's very breathable. It's very lightweight and even has a zip pocket on the chest . It has a FULL zip. There are 2 pull ties for the hood. It's slightly lower at the back than the front, this is for a backpack to go underneath , I'll be using it to go over my chair so I can hopefully stay dry at the festival π .I LOVE the colours and the flowers. It was easy to fold back away into it's pouch. (Will update review after using next month !! ) π
