I really like this organic strawberry powder. It has a nice natural strawberry taste without being overly sweet or artificial. I use it in smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, and sometimes in baking for extra flavor and color. It mixes pretty well and a little goes a long way. A convenient way to have “strawberries” on hand without worrying about them spoiling.

Received mine today... tasted it and it was really good. I added some dehydrated sliced strawberries and made a sauce... PERFECT taste for me... Going to mix with water and extra electrolytes for hydration. IMO, it has a strong strawberry taste so it wouldn't take much to get a good flavor. At least I know what I'm drinking has no funky chemicals. I have it on subcribe and save... definitely going to try more flavors...

It is not sweet enough for my tastes so I have to add additional sweetener (sugar, honey). You do need to blend it well because it does tend to clump. Like many of these powders, pre-dissolving in room temperature liquid makes for less clumping, but it also attracts moisture from the air so storing in an air tight container should help. Slightly more work to use but beats having to buy fresh fruit and having them go bad on you.

Pros: Seems to be good quality, organic product, with good flavor when used by itself (photo 1 is a whole scoop of the powder in 12 ounces of just plain coconut milk). It might also work well if you are making strawberry ice cream. Cons: The flavor is easily overpowered by adding other ingredients, especially super greens powder (see photo 2). It also doesn't dissolve well so it might be best to add an ounce of liquid and mix it in and then add it to your drink.

Yummy! Amazon seriously needs to stop using fragranced packaging. It is highly toxic to both people and pets, and it ruins the product because the stink never comes out.
